totally disgusted with service..the girl making my smoothies was on her phone the whole time she was blending my smoothies. I know how nasty and germy phones are and she never once washed her hands. never once talked to me or eye contact. she looked nasty to boot and she got both orders wrong. I asked to hold the yogurt and bananas. I guess she wasn't paying attention. my wife cant eat yogurt so she couldn't drink hers. mine wasn't any better..the girl taking the orders was nice so I had no problem with her..next time I'll tell the girl to hang up her phone and wash her hands or I'll demand my money back...Arlington rd ohio...dont go there, it's bad, even the restrooms were...

I don't know if it's the change in staff or the change in product quality but I used to come to this place several times a week and always got the same smoothie and had to stop a couple months ago because they started to be consistently different and constantly gross. Today I decided to try again and got a horribly mixed smoothie that was extremely grainy and left and awful taste in my mouth. I asked them to make it again and the second one wasn't grainy but still tasted gross. Maybe because of the already awful taste in my mouth. The location in Union Town on Massillon Rd me and my husband walked in no one spoke. The lady who made the smoothies who took the order was very dry she didn’t speak she stared at us like we didn’t belong. It made me feel uncomfortable my husband said this is our first time here she said okay and walked away. I don’t know if it was because we are black but when a white guy walked in she spoke and seemed friendly with him. We will never go back and I will go online to all my social media where I have 3.2 million followers and give a review there. Customer service poor. Food good...
