A young lady went to this store to have a phone repaired after being damaged. The phone had insurance on it. Marisol & Ricardo, the employees working the store said to this young lady that the cost to repair the phone ($300) was greater than the cost to upgrade the phone at a cost of the sales tax only ($184). The young lady contacted her mother who was also told that the phone was free. After they agreed to the upgrade, a bill from AT&T was received for $1,099, the cost of the new phone. After contacting the Insurance Company, it turns out Marisol and Ricardo never even contacted them about a claim for the repair. The deductible for the repair was less than $100. The worst of all this is that when she went to return the phone, they charged her a $55 restocking fee. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. They are grifters of worst kind, taking advantage of people. I can only hope that their deceptive business practices are their eventual downfall.

I continued to ask him if they had all the colors available as well as the 128gb. Again he replied “of course we do!”. I told him I was surprised considering every other store either had zero available or a few 256gb. His response was “well you called the best store!”. My boyfriend and I drove out of the way just to go to this store. We get there and Ricardo gets us ready to get the new phone after being there for about 20 minutes just for him to tell us they only have a gold and blue iPhone 12 pro max that are both 256gb. This store will try to bait you in just to make a sale. Just felt totally disrespectful. If you call them, do not expect honesty from them. Read moreIt started out good, agents were very attentive upon arrival. The representative proceeded on showing the phones available. Once I've made my choice I was told of the detailed charges. Please, be careful with the upgrade fee of $35, which seems to be a problem. Otherwise, follow up with your account to make sure it is up to par. AT&T offers a great service, but it is ultimately your responsibility to keep an eye on everything you do with them. Going back with the store for a an issue, which was resolved. I had called to expect a call back from the representative ( I did wait), but then I decided to drive there. Behold to me, there he is standing in front of the store scrolling through his phone and smoking (doesn't look good).
