Julio Rosales, the associate I had the absolute pleasure of assisting me - in Dec '24 - was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and, (perhaps) most importantly, so patient with me. đ
After breifly describing the issues I was having with my phone, within minutes(!) after relinquishing it, Julio had it up and running, even giving me the tiny tool required to fix it should I find myself in the same situation in the future. Oh, and he didn't charge me a cent! đł
I plan on going back in the not-to-distant future to exchange my Sammy A70 đ which, let's face it ... after nearly 5 years of heavy use is on it's last legs, for an upgrade.

When I was given my receipt after i asked for it a tempered glass in the amount of $33.16 was added. My response was the following â I expect a glass protector to be added to the phone since you charged me when I clearly said no to any accessoriesâ if my father would have gone alone he would have never noticed he was charged for an accessory he did not ask for, and who knows if they would have even added the glass. My father does not read English or speak it to well. If they did this to my father that just went in for an upgrade I canât imagine what they do to customers that port in from different companyâs and or open a new line. They said the phone I brought was unlocked, and they could replace it. Then they told me it was not unlocked and I had to call Verizon, before they changed the Sim I asked if the old phone was going to be working until Verizon unlocked the other one, and they say yes. After I paid and they gave me back my phone I realized the old one wasnât working. They say I had pay $22 to put the line back on the old one, and $22 more one I unlocked the other one, after I specifically ask if the old one was going to keep working.
