Starbucks — Restaurant in Greenacres

Starbucks is hit or miss at the one on Lake Worth Road I want to review this very fairly as I have had to call customer service several times regarding this location before they change the point system I had a free drink and I ask the Barista to use it she kept telling me there was zero points I mean star when I say points on my order and I kept telling her to use code 2490 or something of that nature and she kept telling me you have no stars have no free drinks I kept showing her yes I do I can see it right here in my phone so instead of her comping my drink she charged my credit card twice once for the reload and once for the drink. It should have been charge my card for the reload and then use my app / card 4 the Danish I bought and use my free drink points to pay for my drink I was hardly rushed out even when I said can you please give me a second I am going to call customer service so they can tell me what to do I was rushed out of the line because there were people behind me. Another time I was not charge properly again and my card was not scanned after reloading so I had to pay twice on my credit card I was quite upset about this again. The third time I ordered a very berry hibiscus Refresher with strawberry and no berries and I was given no berries and no strawberries so it was just a very hibiscus refresher - the berries...

I went to this starbucks and the employee was rude and unprofessional. I asked for a sandwich and she said “i just closed the oven so you wont be getting that”. And then after i asked for what i wanted my friend said her order of a strawberry açaí. And this lady said “we only have enough for one” , because i had asked for one after she rudely told me i wont be getting a sandwich. And i clearly saw the ingredients to make a strawberry acai in the back. That just says that she is lazy. This was the worst service at starbucks i have ever had. Never again will i be going back. The service was so bad i give it a zero but since there is no zero i give it a 1 star. Thanks...

Tanisha it’s very rude she didn’t let me finish speak and she was interrupting me saying they don’t have the cream brûlée cold foam and I was asking for the topping. I told her that I always order it and she said well I don’t know. She gave me the order wrong she put the sprinkles on top when I told her not to and she said you didn’t told me, well if you don’t speak on top of me of course you will listen why I am saying.
