Went to this location for my grandma's birthday tonight... It wasn't bad at all, from the moment we walked inn the hostess greeted us immediately and got us a table. The place was decently clean and presentable, our server's section was well maintained as well. She was very nice and polite... Had a really nice accent, from Argentina I would guess. She was also well groomed, her uniform was clean and pressed. She took our orders and the ticket time on the food was good as well. About 5/8 mins for our appetizers and about 10/15 mins on our entrees. We got our soups and salads after our appetizers, which she brought and offered us fresh grated parmesan for them and she also offered it when our entrees came out as well. She was very attentive when it came to refilling our drinks and getting anything else that we may had needed. She was able to read the table pretty well and could tell that it was a special occasion so she did an awesome job of giving us our space and only interrupted when needed. She made good quick small talk and got everyone laugh, then would give us our space so that we could continue with our celebration. When our dinner came out she waited till everyone had taken a bite or two then came back to make sure everything was ok and that everyone was happy with their meals. She was very good when it came to pre-bussing our table and periodically checking on us. Towards the end she got us the to-go containers that we asked for and asked if we wanted dessert. She aslo brought my grandma dessert with a lit candle so that we could sing happy birthday to her. The only thing that I could say was that at first it did take some time to get our drink orders and to bring them to us, but other then that the experience was very...
Read moreI visited the Olive Garden for lunch and I was spot-on. I ended up sitting at the bar because it was nice and quiet and I got excellent service. I was in the mood for spaghetti and meatballs. I felt the spaghetti was a little over cooked but that may be because I like my spaghetti El Dante. The meatballs from my perspective we're perfect. They weren't mushy but they weren't too hard they were just right. The lunch portion was smaller than the dinner portion but I got to tell you by the time I was done eating I was full. I even had to take most of the salad home cuz I could not eat any more. The only thing I would suggest to Olive Garden is not to put so much salt in the tomato sauce. Overall it was a good experience. I ordered the shrimp scampi off the lunch menu today and while the shrimp was done perfectly I can't say that I enjoyed the rest of the meal let me explain. The spaghetti was chopped up and the asparagus was to thin for the tines of the fork. The dish came with a spoon in it and I was wondering what exactly I was going to use that for until I realized the times on the 4th were too wide and I wasn't able to twirl the spaghetti. The asparagus was so thin that I couldn't stab with the fork because it was too large. In my estimation and I've had a lot of experience with scampi there was way too much lemon in it. The portion was smaller than you would find in a dinner menu but that was okay with me I was full. I've been included a photograph of the napkin because it looked like somebody had wiped down dust somewhere. When I mentioned this to the server he immediately got me some paper napkins but it makes me wonder at the cleanliness...
Read moreMy husband and I love dining at Olive Garden for lunch and dinner. We usually dine at the Wellington location but we had to make a run in the Lake Worth area so we decided to stop at the Lake Worth location. We were seated in a area where we were surrounded by uncleaned tables, 2nd our waitress finally came after 30 minutes as she was taking our order we had to repeat ourselves several times as she was writing, she came back with our drinks 10 minutes later, took our food order which we had to again repeat several times. We tried the 2 for $25 which we chose an appetizer and 2 entrees, well our entrees came out shortly after where my food was cold as were eating she came by the table to check on us and I asked her werent we suppose to get our appetizer, she said she forgot. She came back to the table minutes later with our appetizer also cold. At this point I was annoyed and ready to leave, so I asked for a box, so there was a box sitting on a pillar when we 1st sat down she picks up the box and put our food in it, then get a bag and put the box in it and sat it on the floor. This was the worst case of customer service ever, I love Olive Garden but if ever in the Lake Worth area I will never stop at this location again, I will drive the extra miles to the Wellington location where the service is great and my food...
