Their flower sucks. They have “top” grade flower with supposedly 3% terps and 29% thc but the bud taste like grass. I don’t know where the 3.02 comes from. I asked for 1:1 THC:CBD extract, was told I was getting 1:1 extract, stupidly believing them. At the same time I got a 1:3 extract to try. Didn't try to use it for a couple weeks because I still had some I'd already been using from another dispensary. Today I'm reading the labels and discovered what they told me was 1:1 was really only CBD. Something I would NEVER buy. It is totally sealed, untouched. They will not exchange or refund. Said it was a "misunderstanding ". There is no way I would EVER ask for a straight CBD extract. So I paid for their misunderstanding. And guess what? They do not have any 1:1 extract in stock! Jacob took care of me and he was terrific. He took so much time explaining everything to me even though I had 1 million questions. He helped me open the app on my phone and register even though I had trouble doing that. I couldn’t decide which of the many bargains to choose. I changed my mind about five times.
