If I could leave less than one star...I would. Let me start by saying we live in New York and were tasked with planning a wedding for 100+ people in Jupiter FL for my daughter. We had a beautiful wedding early this month at the Lady Jean Rach... except for the FOOD. Our wedding planner (Natalie, also terrible) heavily swayed us into using Victor. Initially, Victor seemed to understand our goals and understood our Italian heritage (if you're Italian, you understand how important the food is for us). Then came the day of the wedding... Our pasta was COLD and soggy. Guests commented that the steak tasted and smelled like "dog food". And my all-time favorite part of the experience was when Victor showed up with NO DESSERTS even though we discussed numerous times the desserts. So at 9:00pm, one hour before the end of the wedding, when we were looking for the desserts, we were told that there were NONE. Just the cake. Why would we have had elaborate discussions about the desserts? Victor tried to tell us that it wasn't part of the contract, which again, made no sense given the numerous conversations we had about dessert -- i remember clearly "cheesecake" coming up many times in conversation. There was no solution by that point and we were devastated that for our only daughter's wedding we would have no traditional dessert spread and that the food would turn out to be a complete bust. Victor had no problem making sure to come to my hotel the day before though to collect the remaining $7,000 in cash from me in the midst of pre-wedding festivities. For $20,000 we could have served McDonald's and it would have been more well received by the guests. I truly suggest you search other options for caterers in the area if you are considering using Rollatini for an event. They cannot handle large scale catering and you may just end up with no dessert, too. I tried to wait a couple of weeks to see if this passed, but still, I am so angry and disappointed with the outcome and do not want anyone else to...

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! when i came in not one of the 4 people that walked past me greeted me. as im paying i ask for extra cheese and have no problem paying so she charges me. the manager proceeds to give her a hard time and question her multiple time in front of me about her charging me. like she didn’t believe she did it. it was such a big deal. when i get home i have no garlic bread i go back. and ask for the bread under the impression that it came with 6. she said no it’s only 4 now. i asked how much for a couple extra and she said “honey we don’t do that”… do what??? so i bought 6 more i get home and they are so hard you can’t even pull them apart and the garlic was raw on top. so i go back AGAIN! the manager didn’t come say anything to me she wouldn’t even look at me . no one apologized for me having to come back 2 times! Horrible customer service!! the food was not good either. the price has gone up yet you get less food. i ordered Bruschetta and received a couple spoons full of tomatoes and dry bread. see picture attached. i have been ordering from here with my family bc it was our favorite place. we will no longer be going here. idk if it’s new owners or what. but the the food quality has gone down. A person who has no customer service or restaurant skills should not be managing a restaurant or employees. there was one waitress who was kind. other than that idk what has happened. but it’s not the same. i never write bad reviews i myself own a business. but this was one of the worst experiences ive had ever! and felt it...

It was even better than we remembered from the tasting. Having Chef Victor on-site throughout the wedding day provided an extra level of assurance and professionalism.
