I will never shop at this company again. I had several items that I needed delivered, including a half plallet of Palmetto grass. I was repeatedly put off on my delivery (for over two weeks) because they kept telling me (once very condescendingly by another employee/owner?)that it was too wet to cut palmetto, and they had no control over the weather. Then they changed the excuse to that they had to change suppliers, and new supplier didn't carry the grass I needed. And then back to no one cutting palmetto. I then started calling other stores in my area. Other stores had no problem getting palmetto for over a week. To top it all off, the last time I spoke to the salesman at Growers outlet, they said (after the salesman spoke to someone else there in spanish) they were finally getting it in the next day MAYBE. He then started adding additional charges onto the delivery that I was never told before. I then took my $700.00 order elsewhere. And as it turned out, my order was cheaper from the new company. Horrible customer service i went in to purchase a palette of Sod on sunday and we had the worst experience ever. When we went in to make the purchase we took a look at the sod they had before purchasing. A majority of the palettes were dead except these 2 decesent ones that were in the middle of them all so we made our way to the office to pay. After paying we were directed back the sod section and we were told someone would be there to load it up. Once the guy showed up he had nothing but attitude with us, he wanted us to take a palette of dead grass instead of the one i wanted.All he had to do was move one palette out of the way to get the one we wanted and he refused. So i asked for a refund because we did not pay $193 for them to give us a palette of dead grass.. Once we went back inside to get our refund the guys at the register didnt even bother to ask what the problem was or why i wanted a refund. Firstly, let me say that I rarely leave reviews but really wanted to praise the guys at Growers Outlet. We had an amazing water feature installed by them. 3 Basalt rock towers of 6 feet, 5 feet and 4 feet. The water cascades down out of the 6 and 5 foot, onto the 4 foot. It looks and sounds amazing! Chris and his team of 3 other worked tirelessly for 11 hours (yes, 11 hours) on the first day of installation and returned the next day to finish off. Talk about professionalism! I am no expert but I do know a lot of things about a lot of stuff. I watched the whole install and their care and attention to detail was just incredible.
