Stopped in this afternoon wanting to make a purchase. Walked up and down the Brewers aisle several times. My wife and I stopped and looked up at items well above our reach. Several other customers wandering around the store. One employee folding shirts at the counter. Another just talking to her. After a good 5 minutes I found a store employee guide on the stack of clothes. Number 2 on the list of duties was: Great every customer, ask if they need any help I took the sheet to one of the employees. She asked, what is this? She then read a few lines and said thanks.
