First time coming here and will be my last. I purchased a Packers premium domed key ring that was in a nice velvet feeling holder. I also purchased a Super Bowl XLV 2011 silver coin that was in it's own plastic case surrounded by a card with the trophy on the front and super bowl locations on the back. I also purchased a few other small things.
I assumed that everything was band new due to the packaging but when I got home I found out that I assumed wrong.
In the light I noticed a brownish tint surrounding the super bowl coin so I took it out of the packaging and could tell right away there was no way this was brand new! The plastic hard case that holds the coin has big scratches all over the front and back. The coin itself has a brownish tan tint all around the coin. Like there was something wrong with the silver coating on the coin. Overall it looks as if my younger child had this for a long time and played with it everywhere. It just looks crappy and not even close to brand new.
At this point I was disappointed in spending $25 on something that looks like you would find it at a garage sale. I was worried about key ring I also thought was new that I paid $10 for.
I opened it and took it out of the packaging. What a joke was my reaction. The same thing going on. Scratches on the silver backing of the key ring. The sides are all worn and clearly show signs that this has been used by someone for some time.
Now I understand why there is a no return policy on there products because I for sure would be happy to return these items and get my money back. Very disappointing to see someone selling items that are supposed to be new but clearly are not. It's nice to fool you though with the nice packaging that looks better then the merchandise itself.
I will never step foot in this place for a second time. For anyone new that wants to check it out, just be cautious on what you buy. Anything in packaging go ahead and open them up in order to inspect the product before buying. They do have some cool stuff there and it's not all bad but this experience has ruined it for me.
Edit** I bought these items from your store yesterday, September 11th at 5:12pm. If you are willing to give me my money back after seeing the condition of these I will be more than happy to return them. I will also change my rating. Oh wait though and I just found the receipt that confirmed what I saw in the store. If I could post a picture I would but it states and I quote-
All Sales Final - No Refunds Exchanges or Store Credit Only within 30 Days Receipt Required -
Like I mentioned, that's where you get us as a buyer. Sell us things that are damaged that we can't tell they are damaged until we bring it home and take it out of the packaging to then see these items are no way new and the damage is clearly more than what would happen with the manufacturer. But the key thing is to put it in clear writing that you will not refund any of these used damaged items but yet give a store credit for something else that potentially can be just as bad. That's pretty good on your part for sure. Like I said before, make sure you take anything you are looking to buy out of the packaging and make sure it's ok before you pay for said product. It will be worth your...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was searching the internet for the old Reebok Official NFL licensed Packers jerseys, as I find them to be much better made than the newer Nike ones (the painted on numbers begin to crack and fade after just a few washings, unlike the Reebok's that I've washed dozens of times before cracking or fading). I came upon a listing for a Large Clay Matthews home jersey, in which the picture showed the Reebok style, and it was only $20! I placed an order, but shortly received a notification that the Large home version was out of stock (and that they were in the process of updating their website, through a quick search I found that the business was apparently recently purchased), though there was a Large Nike away jersey available for the same $20. At this point, I asked if there were any other former Packers players jerseys available in Reebok Large for $20, and they notified me of both home and away Favre, Reebok Large. After numerous back and forth patient inquiry emails, I decided to purchase those three. They were shipped immediately and arrived just two days later to my home in Western Wisconsin, contents exactly as described and expected. I cannot express how appreciative I am of the phenomenal customer service I received through email correspondence! And three NFL licenced Green Bay Packers jerseys for a total of $60? Just try to find a better deal! I'll be visiting the store on my next visit to Milwaukee, for sure. GO...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently visited Green & Gold Zone for the first time and I was blown away by the selection of Packers merchandise they had to offer. As a die-hard fan, I was in heaven surrounded by all the green and gold. This small business truly embodies the spirit of supporting local teams and I love that about them.
Upon entering the store, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who were more than happy to help me find exactly what I was looking for. From hats to home decor, Green & Gold Zone had it all. I could have spent hours browsing through their extensive collection.
What I appreciate most about this store is the quality of their products. Everything is officially licensed and of the highest quality. I know I can trust that my memorabilia will last for years to come.
Not only was I impressed by the variety of items, but also the reasonable prices. As someone who loves to support small businesses, I was happy to see that Green & Gold Zone offers competitive prices without sacrificing quality.
Overall, my experience at Green & Gold Zone was fantastic. I left with a bag full of Packers gear and a smile on my face. I will definitely be returning to this store in the future and highly recommend it to any Packers fan looking to show their team spirit. Five...
