I am only providing two stars based on the fact the food was fresh and tasted great. My husband and I were visiting family out east so we decided to stop here on the way back into town. First issue started with ordering where the literal child on the intercom was acting completely annoyed that my husband asked what came on a burger. After being told they were all made to order, we finished ordering and get to the window. My husband asked for extra ranch because we ordered four meals, and our kids like to use the ranch for their cheese curds and chicken. We're told yes it will be in the bag when they bring it out. Upon the food arriving, they forgot the kids' ice cream scoops, so the employee ran back in to grab them. We go to park to eat and there are literally two ranches for three orders of chicken tenders, and two large cheese curds. Make it make sense please. So my husband runs in for more ranch. Once we all start eating, there was no bacon on my husbands bacon burger. No napkins. No straws handed to us when we first got our drinks at the window. So I run in to get bacon, napkins, and straws. The fact that the employed staff here all look to be 16 and younger is saying something. I'm standing in line trying to get help and the kid that is helping me is constantly being harassed for "hi-5's" and trying to start conversations while he's helping a customer. This location needs to teach about everything having a time and place. That is beyond annoying at that point, where my foods getting cold that I paid close to $50 for, so your employees can play graba$$ and still get paid. I've worked my way up from hostess to front of house manager at a fine dining establishment by 24. You don't have a functional operating ship unless everyone's on board to see to it that it functions accordingly. This was ridiculous, and if I were the owner, I'd want to know what was happening especially the horse play that was going on for the 5-10 mins I was inside. I'm not here to do your job for you. You get paid. You take MY money. And yet, patrons are still running in for lack of quality checks and time management. Because god forbid if you double check everything, you might miss a booger flicking...
Read moreWe always look for Culver's when we travel because they have excellent Gluten free hamburger buns and take extra care for those of us with allergies. However, this Culver's must use a different supplier because my bun was very dry and crumbly and not at all what I have been used to getting. Also, we ordered food that needed forks and had to go to the counter to get them. When I did, I was totally ignored, even by people who made eye contact with me. I was asking for help and was just ignored until the cashier who was already busy with other customers made someone come help me. It was very rude.
Update: I was asked to contact Culver's and provide more details, which I did. They then sent me some coupons to pay me back for the food I paid for and couldn't eat. The gentleman I spoke with said they would review the footage and perform some training. He also said that the package my bun was in should not have been opened and that might be why it was so dry. Since then I have paid closer attention to the bun package and sure enough, when it remains sealed, the bun is as soft and delicious as I have always found it to be.
So, it does seem they truly care and want to do better. I am pleased that they listened and they are still my favorite fat food restaurant. My local Culver's was full of very nice, attentive folks when I went a...

Update. ordered on-line, scheduled pickup time. Arrived - and the order was NOT ready, had to wait about 10 minutes. Workers cordial, and there were a ton of them running around (counted over 20!). Fish sandwich very good, so their recent tv commercials are true to form. They only had 2 inside registers running, and that is barely enough so expect a line wait if peak time. Parking lot very busy as it's off a main thoroughfare and entrance is short. With as much traffic, they should have angled parking spots for visibility and ease of maneuvering. 2 meals @ $10/each for fast food is on the high end, but the food quality is above par.
Ok butterburger. If it didn't have butter, it wouldn't be as good as Steak n Shake. So 4 not 5 stars. Shakes? Not as good as Steak n shake - 4 stars. Fish sandwich - ok may 4.5 stars kudos they even have them and they aren't ground filet mash. Cheese curds - ok not really like squeaky fresh Wisconsin cheese curds (then again, whose is that isn't in WI), so 4 stars. I think Culvers is a realiable quality restaurant but you do have to wait a bit for your order (i.e,.drive thru order 'n park) so they aren't going to win any speedy awards but quality is consistent if you have the time. So 4...
