Visiting Jacob Raymond Custom Jewelry was an amazing experience. I went in with my partner of over 15 years to have our rings upgraded to custom pieces. This was the first time we had ever had any custom jewelry made for us, and we were unsure as to what we exactly wanted when we walked in. We are VERY pleased with how my wife's custom engagement ring turned out. Jake took the time to listen to our design ideas, sourced exactly the diamond my wife wanted, and was able to recycle family heirloom silver into the ring. Not only was the ring completed within the time frame estimated and within budget, it turned out fantastic. Jake is a true artisan and craftsman in addition to being a nice person to work with. We were initially concerned with what the cost of a custom piece would be, but for the service and quality of work, we feel the price was more than fair.
