I typically do not post reviews, but my experience at this Subway was horrible. I work part time as an Educator in public education with middle and high school students. I was schedule to work at my part time job that evening and decided to stop here for dinner before my evening shift as a security guard. I went in the Subway and asked if I can use their bathroom before I place my order. I at least wanted to wash my hands as I was going to eat it there being that I was between jobs. They told me no. I was like no problem, I can use the bathroom at another store. Well I found out that no store in the complex allows you to use their bathroom. However, I can understand if you are not a customer. So I decided to give the Subway a 2nd chance being that I wanted to have my dinner there before work. I politely asked again if I can use the bathroom before I order my food. The lady yelled at me and indicated that I was just there. She treated me like I was a nuisance for wanting to use the bathroom before I ate. That was the last straw. I said okay, I will take my business somewhere else. I was well dressed, highly educated and earn a decent living. Why would a clerk speak this way. I expect this Subway to go out of business. They do not want decent people to eat there. I took my business six minutes away to a Jersey Mike's sub store where I was allowed to use the bathroom and wash my hands before I enjoyed the sandwich. It's workers like this that ruins an owner's business or franchise. They do not care as they would just go to another fast food spot and take that business down. I hope the three ladies working there realize that their are decent people from that community who pay taxes and deserves to be able to use the rest room if they are a paying customer who wants to sit there and enjoy their sandwich. Decent individuals, please stay away from this Subway and spent your money somewhere else where they would appreciate...
Read moreA friend and I went to go and dine in at Subway, on Summit Avenue in Greensboro. Subway is my go to spot for Grinder’s sub sandwiches and more and we walked in to Waze very pleasant atmosphere, and positive fives from the two employees that were there. They greeted us wholeheartedly with a doozy as him, and it was very easy to place our order especially when we order the same thing that we always get. We had a little trouble paying for our order because the SUBWAY® app was malfunctioning and did not give me my points, nor the promotion of half half of a second foot-long sub. So we end up paying $28 and although my sub was delicious. The meal just wasn’t the same because they didn’t have the Italian herbs Parmesan rolls that I always get so that made a difference in the taste of the bread. There was no ice in the fountain area at all, and although I ordered a sweet tea, I ended up getting a bottle Coca-Cola, because I got busy and couldn’t come out there and get us some ice. The food was hot and fresh and quite tasty to me, my friend that dined with me experience a problem. My room went back to the counter. I was not as nice as he could have been, and although he embarrassed me, the girls was very patient understanding and handled him being a problem, customer very professionally. I was proud of the way those two girls ran that busy store and chemically with just the two of them and no management. The only can then I can think of would be. I want to wash my hands after I eat and I told me that the bathroom was close. I was only about 6 o’clock in the evening. I would freak which this restaurant back again because of the positive vibes and cheery attitudes. I felt way better about eating in this restaurant than any of the restaurant that sells fast food on Summit Avenue. Great job girls. I can’t wait to see the level of management that y’all ascend to. Wow at the store. You’re on your way to a...
Read moreEarlier this week (Wednesday) I visited this location with my sister’s son who is autistic. He’s 22 and can verbalize what he wants. To continue, there was no greeting or acknowledgement of the customer. I decided not to get my salad that I wanted and let him order. There are some new subs at this company. He said that he wanted a #3 which was a monster sub I believe. He pointed to the sign hanging from the ceiling. It should have been clear what he wanted but the woman said the sandwiches are back there to mean not to order by number. Obviously she knew what sub correlated to the number 3. She then asked him if he wanted a 6 or 12 inch. He initially said the 6 inch. I know how he eats and I told him to get the 12 inch. The woman behind the counter used her hands to demonstrate what a six versus 12 inch looks like to my sister’s son. Her tone was sarcastic and cold. She was clearly making fun of my friend’s son. I don’t like or patronize locations who make fun of the I/DD population. I told him that we would go somewhere else. We both walked out. Your company lost revenue because of the rep on the front line. She did not even pull the bread nor did she intend to. Changes definitely need to be made in this...
