Used to like this place and come often in the past. Came tonight and there’s a shellfish allergy at the table so I asked to substitute a crabmeat roll for a cheaper one already offered in the combo (spicy tuna, spicy crab, and spicy salmon come in the combo so I asked for another spicy tuna instead of crabmeat roll) and was told they’d charge me $2 extra. For a shellfish allergy. What? Lol.. then they came back 5mins saying fried rice is $3 extra when it was ordered with a meal for my fiancé. The other dish was orange chicken and chicken was so grisly and undercooked my fiancé literally spat it out. Tried another piece and had to spit it out as well. When bringing up this issue to server instead no care in the world so I asked for check, paid, left. Still won’t ever be back. Nickel and dime you and not allergy friendly. Lost a customer because I’ll never be back. Stay away from this place if you actually want decent...
Read moreI love the sushi here. It's my favorite. The ingredients are very fresh and you can't beat the prices. But the head waitress man. She's always rude, very inattentive, consistently yelling at other employees, slams food and menus and anything she sets down. Just a really poor attitude. I can't come here for lunch unless I set aside an hour, because she will not take your drink or food order until she is ready. Don't bother showing up when they open, the entire staff is usually late, and they don't start prep until they get here at 11:15. You can't get soup before noon, and same for hot tea.
The rest of the wait staff is super kind, but I get the head waitress 90% of the time. And the amount you tip doesn't matter. I've tipped extremely generous the leave an impression, and exactly 15% to make a point. I have no idea how to get through to her.
But god the food is delicious. It's worth it if you can be patient. Best...
Read moreWell came in and was told I was not allowed to sit in the dining room. Despite it being cold outside, dark and waiting on my ride and explaining that I had just gotten off of work. Ps. Not every person of color in your presence is going to hurt you or do anything to your store. I understand they were preparing to close (mind you it was only 9:12 ) but the way I was approached was as if I was a threat. The lady was passive aggressive and I could tell immediately I was not wanted in there. This lady also implied that I should have ASKED to sit in a public restaurant. Just because you all view people of color as a threat does not mean we all are, that is your bias and your issue. Please do not try to push that onto me. Thankfully, I haven't had many experiences like this one but just be aware they certainly don't care for...
