As a longtime repeat customer of over three years, I've always enjoyed dealing with Mr. Clayton. However, during my visit last Friday, I was assisted by Miss Dajah, who was equally phenomenal, especially after an unpleasant experience at Aaron's.
Living 20 minutes away, my husband and I were hesitant, but Miss Dajah's assistance over the phone convinced us to return. Once there, we shopped, made our choices, and were attended to by Jerome, the manager on duty. Though initially stern, a little conversation revealed him to be quite decent.
The delivery guys, including Ty(Ty the Man), were great, and even the other guy with him which as bald headed to give a description who had seemed attitudinal in the past was much improved. All in all, we are pleased with our purchase and expect to return once it's paid in full. Despite saying many times that I wouldn't be back, as Mr. Clayton always joked, "never say never!"
If you're looking for reasonable items and superior customer service, I highly recommend them – a far better choice than Badcock...
Read moreI didn't have a positive experience with this store. I placed my order online, was contacted a few days later. They asked me a few questions then set up a delivery date. At that point I assumed I was approved. When they showed up at my door, they requested additional "proof." Not only was I caught off guard, they didn't give me a chance to provide what they were asking for without demanding I have a cosigner. At that point I was denied. I got the impression they thought I was trying to lie to them which made me feel even more uncomfortable. In my opinion, the way they handle business is sloppy. If they needed additional information from me, why couldn't they ask me to bring it to their store? They had no problem asking me to come pick up my refund....
Read moreI'm am highly upset and feel ripped off. I bought a "brand new" washer and within 2 months it isn't working properly. I was told if I had a problem it would be switched out and I would be given a loaner. NOT TRUE. I called and was told I bought a low end model and a 3rd party would be involved; a repairman from gville. After 2 months NOTHING SHOULD BE WRONG WITH THIS MACHINE.
