My 11 yr old son takes his Pokémon card collecting very seriously and has for yrs 🙃. Recently apparently suddenly everyone else has decided to become Pokémon fanatics as well bc the packs are no where to be found. Someone randomly told us about this place one day and we made a visit asap. We hadnt eved even heard about it before. Nothing fancy...Just a great store for lil weirdos like mine. The guy working was very friendly and helpful and found out they are super organized. They have tons of cards as individuals available for purchase databased in their computer so my son could just say a random card and the guy could look it up immediately and see its availability and price. And if you're a Pokémon mom...you know their is a million of these things that are named random letters thrown together that only the kids can pronounce. 😄 That alone impressed...

There was a product that I have been looking for about a month and could not find a vendor that sold it. Amazon sold the wrong product as their description was completely different from what they were advertising. The other vendor that I bought off off sold me the wrong item as well. Not only that they bought the item off of amazon and tried to send it to me. It took about a week for the product to be delivered even though i had paid for a two day shipping. Blue Ox Games though. The staff was completely friendly and helpful in making sure that the product that I ordered was indeed the correct one. The product that I had paid for arrived in the time given that I had paid for. From my experience clearly they make sure that their service is the best they can give. I will have no hesitation when I have to order from Blue Ox Games...
