I have to say at this establishment I had one of the worst experiences of rude lazy and unprofessional employees that I had ever experienced ever. I originally was sent to this location to do a pick for a delivery for a customer that had placed a order with this burger close to 10:20 when I had gotten to this location about 15 minutes before 11:00 pm I saw two of the employees outside doing nothing so I figured they were on break so I drove around to the drive through speaker and seat there waiting for someone you answer so I could inform them I had a pickup no answer at all for over 10 minute so I drove around to the pickup window and only one employee was there but apparently they were cleaning so I drove and the building and waited at the speaker still no answer and again I drive up to the window at this time it was after 11pm at which point I had to wave over what I believed was the manager on duty who I have to say was very rude and unprofessional who rudely said to me we’re closed even tho that location was not supposed to close till 12 and I tried to explain to her that I was their for a pickup but again she rudely responded by saying we do got any order and we are closed even tho I had proof that the order was placed their way before 11pm but she wouldn’t hear it and basically acted like she wasn’t going to give the order if this is how this location for Burger King do business I will never give my business to that...
Read moreI was highly displeased with my experience today starting before I ever entered the restaurant. First I was “welcomed” by an employee rudely exiting the building only to stop just outside the door to start smoking which resulted in the smoke being in my and my husbands face. Then upon entering the building the employees all look unhappy and unwelcoming. Ordering the food went well as the cashier was nice though I don’t see why he needed a name for my order if they weren’t going to use it to begin with. The sodas were flat. Then when my order was done the manager who brought it out didn’t bother using the name on the order and decided to just say the order (again why ask if not going to be used). I checked my food which then resulted in more dissatisfaction. My husbands spicy crispy chicken sandwich while hot had more mayonnaise on it than anything else I literally could not see the patty past the mayonnaise which resulted in me having to remove almost all of it to make the sandwich edible. I personally ordered a double cheeseburger which was fine minus being cold because of me having to take care of earlier issues before eating it. Read moreI stopped by the 10th Street Burger King in Greenville NC this morning. It had been a while since I was last in this location. I used to go every morning. I was one of only two customers in the restaurant. The other had already ordered and was waiting for his order. When I was finally acknowledged, the worker just shouted it would be awhile. I observed her being frustrated and it seemed she and other employee were discussing if another staff member was coming to work. I also witnessed her cursing in her conversations. As I patiently waited as I was in no rush, she waited until after 10:30 to shout while facing the kitchen she wasn’t serving anymore breakfast. I was completely shocked as I had entered the store before 10:30 and had waited patiently.
