We've had an awful experience with Regus. Like others, we called ahead of our stay in Greenville to sort out our co-working space for the month. The agent over the phone was super helpful, sent us a proposal over email, and we trusted what she said and signed it. Turns out she was extremely misleading.
We were told we could stay at the office as late as we'd like each day, that parking was included, and assumed that we would get a private office as described with no fuss.
Turns out, we will be charged $75 an hour for every hour we stay late past 5:00 pm, parking is $25 a day, we have to drop off our key and get a new key / new office each day (which is a very annoying process), and the customer service team over the phone nearly laughed when we asked to cancel. She never once apologized for the inconvenience or for being mislead, and was extremely rude.
The staff here at Spaces Falls Tower said they can't help us (although they have been so helpful and apologetic for our experience with Regus) and that we must call the number we signed the proposal through. I called them, and the Account Manager I spoke to over the phone said "it's not her fault that people don't read the terms and conditions" and said that she's been there long enough to know that they don't do refunds, that she has one other client who was charged 4 months of memberships and never was able to get it cancelled.
A NIGHTMARE. This took up hours of my time during my two week stay here. Save yourself the trouble and just use Task Coworking down the street. They just opened and have free parking, I can stay until 7, and they don't seem to have 500 different "customer service teams" that all blame each other for customer issues rather than just giving a refund and apologizing for the confusion. They're a little more expensive, but I wish I would have just booked through them to save myself the fuss. Now I know...
Read moreRegus is very money hungry, especially when you purchase from their website. The website is very deceptive not disclosing all the information related to their services & fees. I found out it's best to start your service on the 1st of the month and be prepared to pay for the first month's service, a retainer fee, and the next month's service by the 15th. They do not tell you until you have already purchased online. If you call them first, the rep will tell you the undisclosed info that the website is missing. I contacted help desk twice as instructed & have yet to receive a response. Regus billed me a late fee after a week and a half of opening account for payment that I thought was made on my first initial charge. Very bad business will...
Read moreThe offices are clean and quiet and most, like mine, have a wonderful view. There is a quiet waiting area, coffee made with fresh roasted beans, and a kitchen area for lunches. Leisa, the office manager, and Shannon, her assistant, greet clients, organize office needs, take care of mail and UPS/FedEx, and essentially take care of all of the details to allow for a stress free personal office experience. The location is ideal with easy access, public garage parking on the same block, and numerous shops and restaurants right there on...
