NOMA Square — Local services in Greenville

We recently spent a Friday evening in downtown Greenville and were pleasantly surprised by the fun atmosphere at NOMA Square. After a delicious dinner at Roost in the Hyatt, we happened upon a band playing in the square. The music was fun cover songs, and the crowd was clearly enjoying the energetic vibe—it was the perfect way to end our delicious dinner.

NOMA Square is a lovely outdoor area in between the Hyatt Hotel & the Roost Restaurant on North Main St, downtown Greenville, SC. They have public events there throughout the Spring, Summer & Autumn. Thursday evenings they have music events. Friday evenings are large events with dancing and the whole street is blocked off. The second Wednesday of every month they host Yappy Hour - an event for you and your dog(s). There's a musician or very small musical group & food and service is provided by the Roost. We've been to the Hyatt Regency Hotel and we have visited several nearby places. Last evening we visited the music venue and we're guests of the private group sponsored by the Greenville Heritage Credit Union, hosted by Alan and Stephanie Berry. We are extremely grateful for the opportunity to meet many people downtown, especially Alan and Stephanie.
