I just had the absolute BEST experience I have ever had in this store or at any other BOXLUNCH.

Amanda helped us today, and let me tell you!! She is a tremendous asset to your company. You can tell she loves her job and helping people. She has top-notch customer service skills. She is friendly, personable, and very patient. She took her time and walked me around almost the whole store to ensure I got exactly what I was searching for.

We will return to this location in Greenville because of her. Thank you, Amanda, for outstanding customer service and helping me pick the cutest things on my shopping spree today.

P.S. Let her know this was posted; she deserves recognition. Most places don’t care about that, and being recognized makes a HUGE difference in an employee's work ethic and attitude about her chosen job!

Went there a few weeks ago for what will be the last time. While the stuff (and most of the employees) there was nice, the manager was clearly transphobic. When referring me to one of her employees, she misgendered him multiple times, and when I double checked who she was referring to she doubled down on the wrong pronouns. I've been shopping there for a long time, so I know he had been working there for a while. I've heard other employees refer to him correctly, and he's worn a trans pride shirt at work, so I know she knew what she was doing. This store has friendly employees especially if you go early. They are always willing to help. Also you have to acknowledge the fact they are taking in coming calls so maybe it will take a few minutes before they can attend you. Overall the store is great and I'm in love with the place.
