I was very disappointed in the customer service at this Reed's location. We took my husband's band in to be repaired because a part of it had been broken. We had insurance/warranty and had to pay a $25 shipping fee. The ring was sent off and returned 2 weeks later. When I picked up the ring, I overheard the laying helping me telling another employee, "Why does this paper say size 11.5 when it's supposed to be an 11?" They then measured it and I couldn't hear what was said after that. When the lady brought the ring to me, I said, "Just to be sure... This was NOT ring size exchange. It was sent off to be repaired as should be a size 11. Her response was, "Yes, yes, it is." My husband wasn't with me when I picked it up but as soon as I got home, he tried it on and sure enough it was an 11.5. They knowingly gave me the wrong size... AFTER I paid the shipping fee. I immediately called and was told it was definitely the company's fault that they shipped it to because they can only go by the original receipt from when it was purchased??? FYI, when it was purchased it was too big and had to be resized. I took the ring back, dealt with someone completely different who said they would put a rush on it. I had also asked for a refund on the shipping fee of $25 for the inconvenience. I was shot down with no effort at all. Another lady was listening and said she'd call on the next day that someone would call back. One and a half weeks later, I was the one calling the store because we had not heard a thing, about the ring, the refund, the rush, nothing. The manager is the one who I supposedly talked to at that point. He made excuses about why the ring wasn't back yet since it was a "rush." Said he'd call, get some information and call me back. Never heard back from him again. We spoke to numerous employees who just brushed us aside. We've been 4 weeks without my husband's ring AND had to pay for that. No one cared. It's frustrating when you put money into something important and it's not important to those who are supposed to take care of it and help you.    Read moreHello I’m writing this to whoever it may concern. My girlfriend and I walked into the Haywood mall location on Saturday 3/19. To browse and possibly buy an engagement ring. As we walked in the store we were not greeted with a smiling face or an “hello how are you”. But we were greeted by the three employees looking us up and down then proceeded to look at each other as if we didn’t belong in the store with very nasty looks on their faces. As a very successful small business owner I was very outraged by the actions. But we stayed and looked around. From the way the employee that stayed to help us acted he was the manager of the store. Which made me feel that he had to show us the jewelry we requested. As the others disappeared. I feel very disrespected and discriminated against. Wether it was my age? Or possibly the way we were dressed. We both felt unwelcome, and uninvited in that store. So with that being said we will not be back, and we will not be shopping with Reeds jewelers in the future. So I hope this reaches the top. So they can see how others are treated in their stores. Because it was very unsettling...

We immediately met Minnie, the assistant manager, and she worked with us to find a ring that I would love. We purchased that ring and have been back to make two more purchases from her. I can be somewhat difficult to deal with (admittedly) when it comes to my jewlery, however, Minnie is always amazing to me! I recently decided to significantly upgrade my original engagement ring. I now have the most beautiful ring (after many hours spent with Minnie searching for the perfect one). I can't stop looking at my hand!!! It's amazing! I simply can't say enough about Minnie...she is a fantastic lady who has the most amazing customer service skills I've ever seen! I will never shop anywhere but Reed's of Greenville for any future purchases! My experience here deserves 10 stars! Thank you so...
