DONT LIVE HERE. I lived here about a year ago for a year. I thought I was signing onto a 6 month lease for $900 a month for a 570 square foot studio with wood floors. I ended up getting a 3rd floor 480 square foot carpeted studio. It was infested with cockroaches and black mold under the sink in the kitchen, bathroom, and closet. I complained about the mold and all he said was to clean it with bleach. And when I asked for someone to come out to spray my apartment they charged me $80 maintenance fee. every time I needed something fixed they charged me some kind of fee added onto my rent. On top of that we didn’t have hot water on and off for about 3 months which is illegal. My car was hit 2 times and vandalized in the parking lot and they could do nothing about it. I was harassed and threatened my one of my neighbors saying I was “spying on her and trying to turn her son gay”. On multiple occasions I reported this harassment and nothing was done. Then I had a neighbor who would bang on my door at any hour of the day saying I broke into her apartment and took her stuff. And they told me she was just schizophrenic so there was nothing they could do about it. The swat team raided my building once for a man saying he had a bomb and that wasn’t the only time police were there. The apartments also caught fire about 5 times while I lived there. I was also never able to use the washers because they were always broke or disgusting. And when I moved into my apartment the carpet was black and it was so dirty I couldn’t walk on it barefoot IN MY OWN APARTMENT. It would turn my feet black. And the cockroaches were so bad they would be crawling up and down the hallways and all over my apartment. If you have no options but to live here please do you research and inspect your apartment. Do not move here. My boyfriend and I lived here for almost a year. Washers and dryers are disgusting. Loud and obnoxious tenants. Cars have been hit/ broken into. Police have been here several times, one of which was due to a man saying he was going to blow himself up so the swat team was there and evacuated the apartment building. Pay way more than it’s worth. Bugs, mold in the ac units, mold in the bathroom. Nothing ever got taken care of. No hot water majority of the time. Our neighbor constantly banging on our wall and our door in the middle of the night or at 7am, yelling at us claiming we broke into her apartment, stole her car keys, etc. The old property manager shaleek told us “she has schizophrenia she can’t help it” this went on serval times a week for months. Reported her several times and had evidence and they never did anything about, told us that they couldn’t do anything about it, that we could move into a different apartment in the same building and that was it (having to pay the same if not more in rent, moving to another room that’s mold/bug filled) That was our breaking point and we moved. This place is not safe for families. The apartments are health hazards (mold makes people very sick, it’s not okay to be living in that condition) , tenants are doing drugs, yelling all the time, breaking into peoples cars. No security system here either. Simply not worth your time...

Trust the horrible reviews. Didn’t have hot water for 6 weeks once and that’s not even legal. Waters on and off when people taper with the pipes residents said. SWAT came, resident was pulling knives on residents another time, place constantly reeks of mildew. Don’t trust the bus stop got followed home by an older man, you’ll need to get used to the screaming and yelling outside your door. Sounds like a kennel 24/7 people let dogs free roam and bark at your door or at your walking around the parking lot, watch for dogs while you drive. Got a letter after making a complaint that dogs are allowed to bark their dogs after 13 hours of barking when they barked daily for almost 8 months. That’s neglect.. The smoking areas people argue with their man all their time and dump towers of stuff with cat litter routinely so we lost one smoke area due to cat litter. Side walk is caked in litter. Roaches and silver bugs are an issue just get used to that I guess too. Definitely only worth $900 a month.if you use the dryer you’ll be spending $4 for wet clothes and I think they just made a load to wash $3 might as well go to a laundry mat. Don’t really expect to get along with neighbors it was awkward trying to be friendly coming here. Laundry machines constantly break never been more livid at a landlord. Definitely taking your money but it’s a roof. They also just charged me $500 extra...
