We had Honey Garlic Steak and Shrimp, Hello Chicken and Shrimp, Hello and buffalo lemon pepper wings. Let me start by saying the flavor on the fries is delicious, but it’s insulting to pay $15+ for fries that are cold and old. At these price points the fries should be made to order. The place is by no means packed so to pre make the fries seems a waste anyway… unless they’re doing exactly what it tastes like they’re doing… serving fries that have been sitting out for Lord knows how long. Again the toppings on the fries taste great, but were also cold. The only thing made to order were the wings and when I bit into them I could taste that the chicken hadn’t been cleaned and ended up throwing them away… after waiting nearly 30 minutes for them. The wait for the chicken made the cold fries even more agitating because it takes fries far less time to cook than chicken and it should’ve ALL been made to order. Considering the flavor, the food would be worth the money, if it was made fresh (Minus the ranch, the ranch is disgusting). Considering other reviewers have been complaining about this for months and they haven’t made any changes makes obvious they do not value their patrons. There’s a woman who randomly walked through and asked everyone if they were okay, but this maybe 20 minutes into our wait and people were obviously not okay. Note: There were people only around 5 customers there including myself. Two were there before me, one came at the same time as me, and one came maybe 10 minutes after me. And if you’ve ever fried chicken you know it takes maybe 15 minutes. The 30 minute wait was not really explainable.

Filled with friendly faces. The food is 100% authentic, to the pictures displayed on the menu. The photos I’ve posted are from my first experience with them. Bathrooms were clean, and so was the restaurant. Conveniently located, with a big spacious parking lot. Food was well prepared and tasted just as it looks. The prices look high, but when you realize the amount and the quality of food you are getting, it becomes abundantly clear just how worth it, it really is. We got to meet the store manager and the owner, both of which were very kind, attentive, respectful, and you can tell they take pride in the establishment that has been developed here. I ordered a regular sized habachi fries and it was easily the best fries I’ve ever seen or tasted. They offer a build your own fries menu, and they also have several options for the build menu. We also ordered wings, those wings were not only perfectly seasoned, they were both juicy and crispy which for any wing fanatics know, just how rare that is to find. Honestly I wouldn’t change anything about the place even if I could. I think it is perfect the way it is. I hope this place is around for a long time, as we will be repeat costumers. Thank you Mr. Fries for a delicious, filling, relaxing, and enjoyable experience.

First visit ever since I saw a post about them on Greenville Foodies. I have been craving some carne asada fries for a long time. After seeing we had something so close it’s been on my “to go list” since. I arrived shortly after noon and the two counter ladies were great as one was training the other. I asked for a recommendation and was immediately told that everything was good. I had gone in having already looked over the menu online and knowing that I was more than likely going to choose the chili cheese fries. I ordered the regular size fries but decided to change from chicken to steak and added ranch on top. I also ordered a regular soda. I walked away spending $22 after the protein change and topping addition. I waited about 5 minutes for my food and decided to sit in the restaurant to enjoy my meal. Not only was the food an absolute eyegasm upon opening but the flavor satisfied every craving I’ve had. Parking was abundant and by the time I left an hour later there were about 10-12 additional people that had come in and either picked up their food or had sat to eat.

So, DONT BELIEVE THE HYPE‼️ MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE!!!!!

I went today, ordered a chicken bacon parm. Well let me tell you, i got there before the lunch rush. No one in there, maybe 2 people. After i ordered about 8 people came in after us. Patiently waiting on my food, so people behind us start getting their food that came in about 5- 10 mins after us. Okay cool. I go back to check on my order because atp i been waiting 20 mins and people behind me have start getting their food and gone. The lady says one sec , takes another order, and so i go back and sit down. Well, she calls a big group order about 6 plates to get their food so now I’m furious because i was WAYYYYY ahead of them. So i ask again, she check on it and they can’t find my ticket. So now I’m hot, we’ll she come out 3 mins later with my food.. CHEESE NOT MELTED, BACON NOT ON MY FRIES! So I’m hot, and the OWNER have the nerve to say “ all i can do is apologize “ , never asked how she could make it right. So i ask for a ranch , she says “ it’s normally 1.20 but I’ll give it to you “ . So atp i have waited 30 mins for my food and the fries wasn’t hot, cheese wasn’t melted, bacon not on my fries! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ‼️‼️ THERE YOU HAVE IT!

NOT TO MENTION.. we paid 20.00 for a half box of fries with only baby chicken and bacon. It ain’t even worth the money. The regular size drink is a kids cup. A large drink is a regular cup 🤦🏽‍♀️

Needless to say, we was the first one in there and the last one to leave! The OWNER didn’t even try to fix things or make things right! She was the person i was talking to. 🙄

I'm really disappointed to say the least. My first visit & just not impressed, at all. They're new to the area, but if this is how they go about building a customer base, they won't last long... But let's be real, the food is just fries covered in things. Yeah, I get it, who doesn't love fries covered in things? And there's a bar nearby, so they'll have some customers feom that too... drunk munchies. So we go in, order, hear them say something about 20min or whatever. I mean, it's cooked fresh, no biggie... 45min later & other pairs who came in after us (even had the higher order number, so no, it wasn't an online order kinda thing) were getting their food. We were 36, 38 & 39 got served before we did... 38 suggested we go up & ask... I finally do go up & ask. Apparently it was my egg that was holding things up... an egg. Not the chicken or the fries or the bacon, but a scrambled egg🙄. The fries were unpealed, so you get all these small edge/corner pieces with too little potato to them. Mine were too crisp as in the grease was burnt & too hot... the sauce also made parts soggy, but not in a good way... all in all, I just wasn't drunk enough to enjoy this kind of food. Atmosphere... some white trash couple came in & popped each others pimples at the table nearby... I almost left. Oh, & they have a big sign that says no refunds or exchanges, all sales final. I wonder why...
