Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Greenville

Three stars cause I liked the food. If not for that, it could easily register a one star. 2 out of three visits, I have been met with “attitude”. Always rushed right past the add ons to my bowl. I pay for it, so why the passing over push? When asked to add what she passed, I must have ruined her day. No rush that I could see as I was the only one in the order line. Once her attitude kicked in, any and all ingredients I added got an extra fling! Added guacamole at the end and when the lid was added, she pushed down on the lid top and the guacamole and cheese stuck to it when I removed the lid. No fork or spoon where added to my bag. I paid and said thank you. The response was a very rude “Yup”!!! I’ve had bad days. Never treat people like that , though. Maybe it’s the times we live in and the poor attitude of young people that work. I hope not. I don’t get the same at Hot Head, so I know how to fix this. I noticed the tip jar was light. I guess once they make the connection between pleasant service with a polite demeanor and happy customers that jar will fill up to their benefit! One more strike and I’m done with...

It was 30 minutes before close, and they had about half of cheese left and said they didn't have anymore(which I'm sure is a lie, they just didn't want to go through the trouble) so I had to cancel my second burrito because of lack cheese. As I looked at the make table, most of the food had a film in it from sitting, most looked pretty gross, so the burrito we did get, luckily didn't need those ingredients. The people working were not helpful, I heard them say they were closing soon about 5 different times as reasons for having chips, shredded cheese, and other. There was no apology, no offer to try to make it right, just the very easy to read faces and voices that wanted me to leave. I really like Chipotle, but I won't go to this one again, we've had some questionable experiences there before but none anytime...

Hours of operation till 10pm! I did go in at 9:55 I understand its right before close. But its before close, the worker I could tell was not happy I pulled in. I seen her throw her hands up and shake her head because she had another customer to deal with.. Your open till 10 maybe adjust your schedule so that way your a little more chipper for those who do get off late and need a bite. Then I got inside and hardly ANYTHING was still stocked. Again your open till 10. You should be able to accommodate those who come in. Did not appreciate the attitude from employee and the fact it was not stocked made it worse... Needless to say couldn't...
