Even more disappointed this week. Now I can't even use to purchase Gloria Vanderbilt Jeans, which I have always been able to before. SO..... I went to Belk and not only was able to use a 40% off coupon to get 3 new pairs of shorts I could not use a coupon for at Kohl's, I also got an additional $10 off coupon on my order and was able to pick up at the store. At this rate Kohl's is going to be losing a loyal customer of about 17 yrs.
Very disappointed with Kohl's coupon policies. Getting to be you can hardly use them on any products anymore. Purchased a Shark vac several years ago, with coupons but when I went to replace that vac last night, I could not use coupons. Nor was I able to use on the Norelco razor or Kitchen-aid mini food processor. Can not use on many name brand clothes, like Levi's, Adidas, Nike, etc. Very little athletic wear, sneakers and now many household items. Very Disappointing :( :(

The right shoe sole had completed separated from the upper all along the front of the shoe.Prior to traveling 40 miles to this store, I had reviewed Kolhls return policy. I understood that with a receipt, refunds would be issued for purchases within 16 months. Upon arrival at customer service, the clerk informed me that she could not authorize the return, and called her manager, Julie Childers in. She took one look at the shoes, declared that they had been worn excessively, and that she would not authorize a refund. Sometimes Kohls has a great selection and the employees that work up front at the cashier areas are decent acting. However, I've noticed over the past year the folks working at the Amazon returns customer service area have poor to no customer service. Yesterday I was the only one waiting in a line for at least 3 minutes and the young woman at the desk was leaning over at the desk playing on her phone and didn't look up once. A lot of the customer service/Amazon workers at the back act like they don't see the customers waiting in line or hide.
However, I do like that Kohls gives you a discount every time you return an item from Amazon so that's cool. There have been a FEW pleasant employees working at the customer service desk but as of lately they will act like they don't see you or drag getting to you because I guess playing on your cell phone is more...
