Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Greenville

I been at the new location now 24 times. 23 out of 24 things were fine. I ordered a burger and told them about my raw onion allergy. I ate my burger and tasted something like onion. I began to feel nauseous and the got sick lost my meal. I told the cashier and asked if the pickles were beside the onions. Because i think that's what it could be.

I got sick 3 times. A employee asked if he could help afterwards. I told him i am allergic to the raw onions. I than sat down and heard chatter about me that sounded negative where i was sitting.

Then a employee went to the restroom to see if i made a sick mess. The guy said the room was clean. I didn't leave a mess, because i cleaned up after myself. But the toilet seat i know for a fact has dry poop smeared on it.

I never had a bad time here before. I just will never get a burger again. :(

I do recommend the place to eat at. I think the one employee needs bathroom cleaning training. Ill be back, i will be taking a break...

I asked for a Royal Blizzard a Choc ice cream cone and a Royal Rocky Road. Get home...Both the Blizzards were the same...I call them I come back up and asked for a Royal Blizzard and a Royal rocky road. We get the same Blizzards!! There was ZERO Marshmallow core in either and a Royal Blizzard has a core of hot fudge! The employee had no idea what the Royal Blizzard was??!! And I kept saying Royal has a core of either fudge with Royal..Strawberry with cheesecake and Rocky gets Marshmallow. She was Clueless. I said I live in Dayton and the 2 seperate locations I had visited my Royal Blizzard was beautiful. Very disappointing. Never once did the employee say sorry for the wrong item. They made Twice wrong...

I was there Sunday evening eating inside with my elderly mother, and food was good, until what I think may have been the manager starting screaming and degrading some of the staff. One fellow you could tell he was probably new because he honestly seemed like he wasn't sure what to do and she just kept yelling at him. Kinda brought the mood down and I'm not sure this woman shouldn't be managing people if she's gonna speak to them like that. Honestly if it were me I would've walked out and quit. We did leave without...
