I wrote this review on their facebook page as well I hope no one has to get anything from this place. "I wish there was a negative star option. I order pizza from here just to get it home to be raw literally nothing was cooked it looked they stuck the oven on 500 and put it in for 20 seconds. I wouldn't be this mad if the same day we had the issue and called them we go sent through a phone operating service where it took over an hour to get the store to answer their phones, finally did get them to answer and was suppose to be credited for 2 pizza's of my choice to my account told them my phone number told them i ordered it online and everything; just to call up today and get yelled at by the first person to pick up the phone then to be called a liar by their management staff. I have the order confirmation and all the details in my email. I feel screwed by this establishment and wont be ordering from them again. And a message to their staff you guys are the rudest people I have ever met and really hope you don't work their for much longer cause you will cause the franchise in this town to go under." Sorry for anyone that finds out this place is not worth going...
Read moreOrdered at 12:25. At 1:42 I called to cancel my order because it was taking a really long time after the tracker app said the order was on the way. (only ordered two calzones). the person who answered the phone said that he had no driver and tried to call us shortly after our order to let us know we would have to come get it. This is correct, they did call i guess BUT the number was blocked so we didnt answer and they didnt leave a voicemail. the man said our order was cancelled because of no driver and we were issued a refund. I asked why he left no voicemail because we've been waiting over an hour for our food. He said "I have no time to leave people messages". okay Pizza Hut....We will stick with our papa johns. Absolutely RIDICULOUS customer service....
Read moreWhen I placed my order online At 5:11 p.m., My delivery time was 5:55 p.m. At 6:25 p.m. when I had not received my pizza, I called the store to find out why. The employee at the store said there was no record of my order even though I had been charged, only for my pizza to be delivered 2 minutes later while I was still on the phone with her. At this point my pizza was already 35 minutes late and less than room temperature. This was also supposed to be a contactless delivery, but the driver stayed on the porch until we came out. If this was your experience what would your likeliness be that you would recommend...
