Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Greenville

Very poor experience yesterday. The wall behind the host desk made it so they didn't even see us come in. So we had to wait for someone to acknowledge us. Then they asked if we wanted a booth or table. We said booth, but in their server rotation, a clean booth wasn't available. The 30 sec hesitation made my girlfriend just say that a table was fine. So they sat us at a sticky table right in the sun that still had a bunch of crumbs all over it. We were surrounded by dirty tables and they just kept moving the dirty dishes from one table to the next. One specific table was dirty from before we got there till 45 minutes after we had been seated. Our server took our drink order, dropped our drinks at the table without saying a word, then disappeared for 10 minutes before he came back to take our order. 30 minutes later, we get lukewarm food, even though the place was barely 1/4 filled up, and see our server for the first time since ordering. But after we got our food, we never saw our server again, until 10 minutes after we were finished eating. We actually had to walk to the counter to get a water refill... Then we finally get the check, and they make us wait to pay, because apparently no one knows how to ring things in. Overall, one of the most poor dining experiences I've ever had. I will...

I’m a frequent of many Buffalo Wild Wings in Indiana and Ohio through my fiancé. We were in the Friday the 20th of October.

We ordered food and were having a great time with another couple with us. A gnat ended up in my fiance’s drink which wasn’t a big deal. The other female at our table took her drink to the bar to get it remade. No issues (the manager was even kind enough to comp it which was very nice of her) our female friend came back and Logan who was either a server or a bartender but never the less he brought the drink back and announced for my fiancé’s “trouble” he made the drink stronger. He then looked at me and said “You’re welcome.”

I’m not sure of his intention of the “joke” or if he thought I thought it was funny but everyone at our table was physically uncomfortable by it. I just hope he doesn’t behave that way around anyone else male or female.

I’ll be taking a break from this Bdubs for a while to get that night out my head. The food was great. Boston lager burger I had was one of the best. Just would appreciate a little more respect...

I placed a to go order this evening that I was told would be ready in about 20min and it took an hour. When they gave me my order it was someone else's. I gave it back then waited longer for my order which was not correct. There were items missing. The manager was at the counter so I asked her about my missing items. She stated they weren't on the ticket and she had no control over it. I explained that I ordered the items and that they were correct when read back to me on the phone. I also stated I would pay for them. She stated I was being "snippy" with her. Anyone near me would agree that I was not disrespectful. The last time I went to dine in we waited over 20min for someone to take our drink order and there was no more than 15 customers. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else. I have never had a good experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings. I will only go to Troy...
