UPDATE: I know this is very long, but it's crucial to read. Megan didn't see both times I contacted, but called my number, which is something I really appreciate.
The best way to contact Meg's Boutique is through her number. Trying to contact her through email will most likely cause spam and contacting her through Instagram will most likely cause something similar.
I know that a couple of years back, there were allegations of Megan getting clothes from fast fashion companies. This is a very serious accusation, and that accusation is not true. She's selling brands such as LeLis, Double Zero, and POL, and you'll usually see those wholesale brands in small businesses like Meg's Boutique. This was actually not my worry, but I want to point that out so that no one has that concern. With these wholesale brands, they can be VERY pricey, and based on what I've seen, Megan is actually being reasonable with the prices.
Running a small business is incredibly stressful, especially when you're doing most of if not all the work. I'm not entirely sure if Megan is looking for anyone to hire, but consider giving her a hand if she is.

When I returned in hopes of getting a refund or store credit, they refused. They claimed that all accessories are final sale, but I didnāt see that policy posted anywhere, nor was I informed at checkout.
The only solution they offered was to contact the manufacturer to get a replacement. The replacement would be shipped to their store, and then I would have to pay an additional fee to have it shipped to me (it was a Christmas present and I'm returning to my hometown soon, so wouldn't be able to pick it up). Itās ridiculous that I was expected to pay more because of their poor policies and lack of accountability, that they wouldnāt even cover the $8 shipping cost for the inconvenience.
As I read through other reviews, I noticed another customer had issues with returns, and the store responded with "we do returns"āclearly not.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI rarely shop at boutiques but when I do this is one of my favorite places to go! They have such a great variety of options, good prices, and high-quality wear. The experience that Iāve had going into the store has been one like no other, I was greeted with a friendly face, smiles underneath a masked face, and offered drinks, snacks, and even a mask if I didnāt have one. This pandemic has been a huge issue and I am not usually comfortable going into places considering the circumstances, but going into shops that are strict about the mask mandate makes me feel much more comfortable and this is exactly one of those places. I highly recommend shopping here as it is truly one of a kind! The staff is great and I hope if you choose to shop here you have just as great of an experience...
