From the moment I walked into the shop, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Zoe and the team at Ponthieux made it clear that they really did care about creating the perfect jewelry for us. The design process was smooth, collaborative, and surprisingly easy. They guided us through every step with expertise and care, offering helpful suggestions when needed. They took the time to really understand our vision and worked with us to refine every detail. The team was quick to get to work to create the ring before the deadline, and got it done with plenty of time to spare. Also, the wax model they made before the final product was really helpful to allow us to see what the real thing would look like.

The engagement ring is even more beautiful than I could have imagined, and the wedding band complements it perfectly. They fit together with such impressive precision. I searched far and wide for a jewelry designer I would trust with my yellow diamond, marquis diamonds from my original wedding band and the gold from the first bracelet my husband bought me. I decided to trust Ponthieux’s to design and create my dream ring. It turned out to be a fantastic decision. For the first step, I met with Molly. Molly was helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I had an idea of what I wanted but was unsure of several details. After about 30 minutes my ring design was complete. Molly told me it would be around 4 weeks and I would be able to try on and approved the design. It was right at 4 weeks when she reached out to let me know it was ready for me to approve. It was perfect and being able to try it on and actually see the design before they made it was amazing. Molly then let me know it would be ring would be complete in 4-5 weeks. 4 weeks to the day Molly let me know my ring was complete! I was nervous about having a ring designed and made. Molly made the entire process effortless. I felt at ease from the start of the process to the end. I could not be happier with my new ring.
