Starbucks — Restaurant in Greenville

Everytime I come here the staff is great, super friendly, helpful and always apologetic about the wait. Bc if you make a mobile order you better do it at least an hour in advance....I ordered 45 minutes ago, only just got my drink, still here waiting on food. I know they're super busy and I get that, but like someone else said, mobile orders should be just as priority as walk ins. And there should be some type of organization of them. I'm literally watching new orders come through the machine and just piling up and getting slapped on the counter in no kind of order.

Edit: It turns out that my food was sitting there the entire time, It was just in a bag unlabeled. So I stood around for a good 15 minutes waiting for something that was right in front of me, and then they never removed The ticket that the mobile machine printout so even though I've got my stuff and I've paid for it already they're going to go and make another order of what I've got and it's just going to be sitting out there for somebody to take and get for free or...

This location is just constantly disappointing.

1- They can't follow simple instructions. My boyfriend and I constantly get Nitros with ice in them(??) and if you ask for light ice in anything it gets disregarded. Today I ordered a Nitro, their nitro system was down, which was fine (should've been out of stock on the app then but w/e) so I asked for a grande cold brew with no ice. I get it and half the thing is filled with ice. There had been other things wrong with our order, so I just smiled and took it. But now here I am lol.

2- If you make a mobile order, they won't even start on it until you get there most of the time. Even if you ordered it 10 minutes ahead of time. This has made me late for work a couple times. And they always have a lot of staff on the line so there's really no reason to not have someone dedicated to mobile orders.

Their employees are just SO dang NICE and that's what makes this place...

Always busy, always speedy happy service. But if you order a hot drink I do not believe they are checking them temp anymore. Mine is scaldling hot, burning my hand (and tongue) through the java jacket for 15 minutes after it was ordered. Hot scalded milk is not the same thing as frothed milk. This place deserves your business. but they need barista training on hot drinks. And maybe this is in response to people ordering in advance or delivery and complaining about cooled drinks by the time they got it. But for dining in, I was not even able to drink my drink with my food before I had to leave. But the service and quality of the food is what you know and expect and I have no complaints about that. I will be back, I just will not order anything with any milk...
