Taco Bell — Restaurant in Greenville

I was very excited to have a taco bell closer to downtown Greenville. It is cleaner than most taco bells but the service is the worst!

For some reason, this branch keeps putting workers outside to take orders. No one wants to have someone input their order via ipad. I want to look at the menu and not have the assumption that I know everything before I order. If wanted to put in order in via ipad, I would do pick up, but not my main issue.

So, we choose to go inside to place our order because of this. We settle and do it at the kiosk. The issue that we keep running into that the front attendant is NEVER doing their job. We have multiple issues were we have asked for a cup and have been ignored.

That is exactly what happened tonight. There were 2 people up front. One person dropped off our food and returned to working the back. The women working the front register walked away as we tried to ask for our drink cups. (Mind you, we had been there for awhile where she could have already handed us our cups, but she didn't.) Since we were ignored by not one but two of the employees, my partner reached over the counter to grab the drinks.

Right then, the cashier barks "do not reach over the counter." Only for us to realize that SHE HAD LEFT THE CASH REGISTER OPEN WHEN SHE WALKED AWAY.

Normally, we tend to be more patience with service workers. We know customers can be annoying, demand, and it can get busy. Unfortunately, that was not the case this time. Taco Bell just has staff that is a lability and not good at a simple task as watching the...

Needed just a quick bite to eat while on the road, and there was a Taco Bell nearby, used the drive thru, and just pulled into a spot in the parking lot to eat behind the restaurant. The entire experience felt rather rushed, I ordered a Doritos Los Taco, extra beef, add tomatoes, add onion, after each thing I said I got "is that all...is that all...is that all" got to the window to pay and my change and food was just practically shoved out at me, I mean it's good to have speed, I understand that, but I was literally the ONLY person in the drive thru and the lot only had 2 other cars, I know window and customer times are important, but at the customers sacrifice? And as rushed as everything was... it showed when I pulled over in the parking lot to find a thrown together taco, half of the ingredients on the paper, and of course a shell broken all the way down the middle. And before any of you come for me about "it's a taco they break and are messy" or "get a soft shell next time" I like a crunchy taco...and I know they get messy, that's the fun delicious part of it, but to go from the bag, to my hand, to a parking space at the very same establishment, and it's a completely broken shell, it was like that prior to getting to my hands! I ate it as best I could, very carefully mostly with my fingers since I was in my car, It tasted great, I just wish I'd have received better service and a better product like I have at nearly every other Taco Bell I've...

Worse taco bell so far. Been there more than a handful of times and they have never have ever got my order correct. Will never go back there. Was thinking they finally got some good workers, but seems like managers are same quality. When you pay for something you should get that something. As a customer I should be treated with respect and equally. Don't appreciate being stared down either.

Also when I started going to this location long before the above incident and what stopped me coming to this location the 1st time. When in drive thru I order the same thing they would ask if I like to make it spicey, i say yes. Although they didn't inform you could customize each item they charge for all three such items. I found out on my own, so the next time I come thru and order the same thing and again they ask if I like to make it spicey and I see yes, except only my burrito and chulapa. They would get mad and only put 2 slices of jalapeños. On the app it shows 60cents per cup (full cup). I got the app to show they were doing the customer wrong. Next Taco Bell I will take pictures.
