Will NOT be back. We drive 45 minutes to visit the store and ended up purchasing a PS3 console with controllers and also a couple games. When handed the receipt the man said we had 30 days to return and nothing more. Got back home and the controller wouldn't work. So that same day that we bought it my husband drives all the way back to return it, when there the "team leader" was very rude and said he could not return it. And said his employee hadn't been there long and told us wrong. So I call, and he was extremely disrespectful to me over the phone and kept saying why buy it if your just going to return it ... Well excuse me sir but I'm not wasting money on junk. Read moreIf you want to buy from a store with good customer service, this is not the place. Bought a game for a system that literally plays every game I have and would not play the game I purchased from them. They put it in a totally different system to test it and he said it worked. He was extremely rude and wanted me to bring my system in to "prove" it was defective. We live 40 minutes away. Nowhere in their policy does it state that customers are required to do that. I'm very disappointed in the attitude of the people that work there. It costs $0 to be nice and give good customer service. Lost two customers and whomever we don't recommend shop there....
