I'm sorry... I'm super positive, truthful, level 8 reviewer... I never really even give bad reviews even when deserved But tonite.. was... Ridiculous At 6, in the.... "Drive Thru"!!! Just trying to get a... HOT N READY (Necessary info cuz of my treatment I got) I made my order.... was given a buzzer... told to park, wait, and come inside when it buzzes I sat in car.... no other customers at all... then... waited more... decided to go in and just be ready when it's done. Handed in my buzzer... actually got the door twice for a pick-up , as well as another customer... just trying to be helpful... just being myself. Stood in corner, out of the way... Other workers saw me there, were kind and helpful Then a woman, with long dreads came out and yelled at me for not having a shirt on... I honestly wanted to say... "Your HOT AND READY... WERNT HOT AND READY!".... but of course I didn't... unlike her.. I quietly and nicely explained the buzzer was obviously why I was inside (To get the food I paid for!!) She then... gave me another scolding for " being inside without a shirt on plus a few other things... NOT AT ALL IN A REALISTIC WAY... NOT TO MENTION... RUDE... UNACCEPTABLE... AND UNNECESSARY Run the video!! Play it back!! Order # 5016457!! Run the video!!"

I'm sorry... but... I'm 6'2 170 great shape, look like I work out in a gym everyday... THERES ABSOLUTELY... NO REASON... to be.... absurd like that

When ur Co workers are actually... a little embarrassed by ur ridiculous talk....

You might need to improve urself... not to mention... ur mindset to customers Genuine, good ones who open the doors...for others ROLL THE TAPE!! LOOK AT THE VIDEO!

It was really nice, when I finally got my order, I nicely said thank you to the jerk who yelled at me .... She of course ignored me

Outside leaving... the young friend of her race who I actually opened the door for... He was tremendous... he thanked me again..and actually APOLOGIZED FOR HER ACTIONS.... they were super nice, whole car... was really nice of my new friends

But if I had the name of the worker... with long dreads...

She obviously needs a day off... And a respectful... attitude...

I can tell you facts, and have the pics to prove it

1. ordered from the app at 4:34 pm 11/10/21
2. picked 5pm pick up time from scroll down
3. ordered 2 slices and sticks
4. ordered thin and crispy pepperoni
5. showed up at 5:06pm they have no clue about the order, show them my order from the app, showed the bank transaction
6. sorry we don’t have your order?
7. we I’ll make a new order,
8. I did not leave the store till 5:40
9. I get home and the thin crispy pep a reg pep pizza.

I know how long it takes to assemble the pizza, I know how long it takes for it to go through the conveyer oven. No discount, no sorry. Placed an online order while taking my sister home from the hospital. She had a procedure for treatment of her lung cancer, and had not eaten all day. Was told the order would be ready by 3:52. Went through the drive thru at 3:52 and they said the order just came through and it would be 10 min. Pulled around 10 min later and a different person told us that the order just came through and hadn't been made yet. He gave us a little device to tell us when the order was ready and said he'd bring it to the car. My sister asked if she could have a few banana peppers in a cup, (which I would gladly have paid for.) A different lady, who had come up to the window, told us they didn't have any cups they could put the peppers in. There was only one person there who seemed to care at all about customer service. He was a slender young man who evidently came to work at 4 PM and he ended up giving us a cup up banana peppers. The heavy set lady with two inch eyelash extensions, and the tall slender guy with long dreds, obviously couldn't care less about their service, nor about lying to...
