The lady answering drive through was not only non apologetic she was rude trying to blame the customer for their error stating, "It's the customers poor communication". News flash folks if someone says they want a pimento cheese spicy chicken sandwich they do want the pimento and should not have to clarify that. Then claiming it's the speaker after questioned. While at the window I observed the same person being rude to the next person in line on the intercom. Finally got my second order and it was missing the buscit all together and then the window delivier was almost annoyed that I asked for the biscuit. I'm sorry I paid for it and you didn't give it to me but surely don't act like I'm in the wrong. Maybe they need a break a Vacation or something but I'm not going to do drive through business with somewhere that consistently shorts my orders and is rude about it. Warning !!!!! Me and my co worker went to eat dinner at this location around 7:34 pm on 2 -14-24 when we went inside it looked like a pig pin the prep area where the sides are kept was disgusting food everywhere trash and food on the floor behind the counter my co worker asked the cashier to clean the area before our food was served because it was so nasty he ignored her then she asked to speak to the manager he avoided her as long as he could when finally came to the counter she asked him to wipe the area he stated what the hell do you want me to do he was being very nasty at that point we got our money back this is not the first incident with rude employees and filthy conditions at that location the lady manager i had spoken to about the other incident acted like it was a inconvenience to deal with anything i also have pictures of everything and intend to contact the health department about the extremely unsanitary conditions at...

Ordered Cajun fillet on light, fillet was burnt looking. Recooked and still was burnt looking. When asked why? the young manager proceeded to tell me that's just how they are coming out today....I said what do you mean? After probing finally admitted fryer went out or something.
