I've been to this place a few times for dinner. The food will impress you immediately by their look and smell, and you won't be disappointed by the taste either. The stone bowl Pho is a must try for all beef lovers who enjoy cooking the meat exactly how you like it. Shaken beef with fried rice is my second favorite dish where high grade ingredients are meticulously made to mix perfectly together. On top of excellent food, you have friendly staff who take care of you like family (it seems like a family business btw, not a cash grabbing franchise). The place gives a warm and welcoming atmosphere despite it being rather spacious. There is also a dedicated section for private parties with karaoke if you feel like flexing your vocal chords in between meal courses. If you decide to visit this place, don't forget to ask about special dishes of the day. They make random gourmet dishes from time to time that are very hard to come by in this area. I'm still dreaming about the incredible dining experience I had at Pho39! From the moment we walked in, the staff's warm hospitality and attentive service set the tone for an unforgettable evening. The atmosphere was cozy and intimate, with a touch of elegance.

The food was truly exceptional – every dish was expertly prepared, presented, and bursting with flavor. I ordered the special combination pho, which was cooked and made really well. The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable considering the high quality.

What truly impressed me, though, was the exceptional service. Our server Mellisa and the owner were very friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. They made excellent recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the meal.

Food is good. Reason for 1 star:

We called ahead to ask if they have Quẩy to eat with my Phở, a lady answered the phone and insisted that they do have it. Because of that, we came in thinking we going to have a good meal. Once we get there and ask for Quẩy, they said they do not have it.

Server came by and asked if we are ready to order, we said we need a minute. He did not come back for 15-20 minutes, no one needs that long to decide. He took orders from other tables and ignore us every time he walked by, so we decided to walk up to the counter to order.

Food is great, I came to eat multiple times but I don’t tolerate lying. Because of that reason, I give them 1 star
