Used to be 5 stars. Tonight 12/29...horrible. Hosts were anything but pleasant. One of our children had an accident and had to go back to the car and get changed. They called our name but since my husband was out with my other child. We couldn't get sat. I explained to them what was going on. They skipped over us twice. Not a huge ish deal. But rude none the less. Husband orders a beer. It doesn't come out till our food does. You can obviously tell it was sitting there. The glass was luke warm and the beer was also luke warm. We asked the sever politely to get another beer. She ended up coming back saying they're all pouring the same temp. I'm sure the beer was cold when it was poured but it has been sitting and you could tell. My husband couldn't drink a luke warm beer. His steak came and it was rare. Ans bloody. He asked for medium. No one asked us to cut into it. No one asked if everything looked okay. He had to literally choke it down.. His greenbeans didn't come out with his meal. By the time the server came back I had to politely remind her of his greenbeans. She didn't bring them out till he was almost done with his meal. A manager came out to do rounds and check the tables. We told her our issues with tonight's dinner. She said yeah that's a little red to be medium. Explained that the beer issue could've been resolved if there was better communication between the employees. But apparently it wasn't explained well. Edit to add: the manager said she could go ahead and pour him a new glass of beer but we really ready to pay and leave. He had no food left. So I guess she assumed he'd chug a beer and we just leave? Not happening... We were given a free app card. Honestly I don't want a free app. I didn't want free food. I wanted good food and service. The manager stated that if we come back and there is a chance we get the same server to ask for a different one. I don't really blame the server on how the cooks cook the steak or forgetting the Green beans when the back is the ones who prepares it. Over all. It was a disaster. Probably one of the worst experiences we've ever had eating out. And if you look at my other reviews. Restaurants aren't the best these days but this topped it. I'm not blaming the server. But the whole experience from beginning to end was absolutely drab. We won't be back to use our free app card... that was a slap in the face.

I don't always demand a basket of warm bread and cinnamon butter the nanosecond I sit down, but when I do, I prefer an establishment that understands my priorities. Friends, step into Texas Roadhouse! This place isn't just a steakhouse; it's a legendary investment in hearty American dining, and honestly, it’s the only place where throwing peanut shells on the floor is encouraged. This is freedom, folks! Let's discuss the Value. Where else can you get hand-cut steaks, generous portions that could feed a small army, and those famous, ridiculously addictive rolls with that sweet, sweet cinnamon butter—all without having to take out a second mortgage? Their Sirloin is a lean, juicy "safe stock" in the world of affordable cuts, and the $40 Family Meals are a financial planner's dream for a busy weeknight. This is a restaurant that respects your wallet, which is the highest form of respect there is! The Reliability is solid, like a good quality grill. They consistently deliver a loud, energetic atmosphere—which, for a dad, means I don't have to constantly whisper at the kids to be quiet! The service is often praised as friendly and efficient, and they pride themselves on making a mistake right. They’ve found a great niche: delivering consistent quality at a mid-range price, and in today's unpredictable world, that kind of dependability is golden. Texas Roadhouse is a hilarious, insightful, and shareable example of a fun time and a square meal.

It was hard to decide how to rate my experience, because I have been going to this Texas Roadhouse for as long as I can remember. We frequently go here...like every 2 to 3 weeks. And have ALWAYS had the best food and experience and always leave happy and full. We don't even bother with other steak places because it is purely the best steak in town...with the best prices. And don't get me started on those rolls.

2 weeks ago we had the BEST experience ever with a server that had a section in the bar area. He was extremely attentive, and went above and beyond to make our day special. We even said that we would go back specifically for him, he was the best server we've ever had.

But tonight was my Birthday dinner (1/14) and we were also celebrating my dad finishing his radiation treatment for his stage 4 brain cancer. We got another great server, and was having a wonderful time...until our steak arrived. Only 1 out of 5 steaks was cooked correctly. (and no we aren't THAT picky but they weren't even close). My dad received almost a raw steak...which is really dangerous for him. I ordered medium and got rare...red in the entire center. My friend got medium rare...and is was well done, and my brother ordered medium and his was also closer to rare. I hate sending food back...because I don't want to be wasteful, usually I just deal with it. But I hated not being able to eat it at all especially since my mom was footing the bill. Not only that but they BURNT the marshmallows on top of the sweet potato..which I just tried scraping off...it smelled like charcoal. So when the manager came over (lady with dark brown hair..I think her name was Angela maybe?) she asked if everything was alright. I very politely asked "I ordered medium and this is rare, is there a way I can just get this cooked more?"...she took one step away from the table checked it and made this face like I was stupid. (EVERYONE at the table agreed that it was underdone).

She then proceeded to come back to the table...and give us a "lesson" about the temperature levels of steak and that...steak at Texas Roadhouse is not like Longhorn...etc. We all said...we don't go there we only go here and we've never had this problem. Then she proceeded to BLAME the poor waitress on not "educating" us on the temperature of steak served at Texas Roadhouse. She then got the waitress and had everyone show their steak and have her name the temperatures of the steak...which was TERRIBLE to experience. Everyone at the table just decided it wasn't worth arguing because of her rude condescending attitude towards customers and her staff. My brother and I proceeded to grab a menu...and go over the description that is written on the menu. WHICH WAS TOTALLY OPPOSITE OF WHAT THE MANAGER was explaining. My steak arrived and it was medium rare...but it was better than rare...so I just dealt with it because I didn't want to have to deal with the hateful lady again. The waitress apologized for how we were treated and she agreed with us that the steaks weren't cooked properly.

I definitely don't think we will be coming back any time soon...especially if that manager continues to work there. I worked in customer service for years...and can tell you that was the worst way to handle something so simple. It was a really disappointing dinner....I felt so belittled it put me off my food and I ended up not eating it, and packing it up to go.

Happy...birthday...to...

My husband and I went to this location this past Saturday. It was Father’s Day weekend. We completely understood. The wait would be long, but hoped for the food to be worth the wait.

Unfortunately, that did not happen. The food I received was absolutely wonderful and have zero complaints however, My husband’s steak was completely inedible. We are frequent customers at this location and always get the same thing and never had issues with the food before. My husband always gets a New York Strip. The reason he upgrades his meat choice is because that particular strip of meat is supposed to be super tender with less fat content and gristle.

When we were served our food, we immediately noticed how pink his steak was. Although he was a little turned off by that he decided to take a few bites anyway (of what he could). Knowing how busy the store was, we didn’t want to bother our server for them to heat it up a little bit more. Plus because of the store being so busy she was Not available most of our meal time.

By the time our server finally made it around. We were completely finished and had asked something to be done to the steak because at this point there was so much gristle and fat my husband had left almost all of it. We explained everything else was fantastic. It was just the steak that was not as good quality as it should be, what you guys are known for. Also that we had never had this issue with this steak before.

The waitress claimed she was going to ask a manager about taking just the steak off of the meal. While we could pay for the potato salad side. , which we were going to do anyway anyways… After waiting about 20 minutes for her arrival, she finally came back and told us that the manager informed her there was nothing they could do. Even though the steak was almost completely there. She then proceeded to tell us “ If you wanted something with less fat, You should’ve ordered a different piece of steak that steak is known for having more fat.”

Not only Is that patronizing, But a quick Google search will tell you how tender that piece of meat in particular supposed to be. We’re not the type of people who complain, nor are we the type of people who do reviews. But the way we were treated was absolutely insane considering we go there all the time and absolutely know what we are talking about. I worked in the restaurant business for some years and I understand customers can be difficult. But we never were. We understand that things happen and also that the restaurant was super busy and that’s why service was different than what we’re used too… We were just happy to be able to go out together on Father’s Day weekend To celebrate.

We exclusively eat at Texas roadhouse because of the quality of food but we are astounded how we were treated this last visit. You guys are known for quality meats and homemade sides, etc. have been coming here for years and years, the fact is we felt completely unheard and shut down by management. I just find it incredibly rude. The manager didn’t...
