Epic Apps — Local services in Greenwood Village

In the autumn of 2018 I decided to research and pursue the development of a company requiring a professional and complicated website with tools and responding technology.

In evaluating the approach for the development of the website I contacted a number of firms with this expertise which looked promising through a Google search. This was followed by a number of telephone conversations with leaders within the various companies.

While all firms offered extensive expertise, the personal interest of the founders of Epic Apps was distinctly noticeable. They pursued a path of inquiry and responsiveness to my questions that differentiated the discussions from a “sales presentation”. They had a reasonable approach that incorporated research and mutual benefits for both of us that was compelling.

When I requested references of firms who had worked with Epic Apps my growing interest in working with their firm was validated. Normally, reference calls are uncertain due to the nature of a one-time inquiry from a “stranger” regarding what is normally a vendor relationship between the firm and the company being referenced.

Both references were significantly different than “normal references”. Each of them talked excitedly and convincingly of the excellent experience they had or were continuing to have with Epic Apps. Each of them explained the business advantage and improvement their firms had experienced due to the outcomes of the work Epic Apps had created with them. We started AVLancer a few years ago to connect skilled, service oriented freelancers with Audio Visual clients. Part of our goal in doing that is to create a specialized web application from the ground up that our clients and contractors can use to coordinate their events. As a people driven company, we need tools to automate what is automatable so we can spend our personal energy ensuring quality control and building relationships. It's a surprisingly complicated task.
