I went for a birthday set and had a very poor experience. They were told it was my birthday and in response, they offered a discount of 10 or 20%, I can't recall, and said they'd make a note of it (I didn't set the appointment, it was set for me by my dude, and I very much appreciate his consideration). When I arrived, they started immediately, wanting me to pick out the colors/style while they were actually working on my hands and feet, which was difficult because of balancing an awkward large samples book on my lap with a single hand while trying to adhere to their commands (moving my feet, changing positions constantly). It felt very rushed so I just picked a color that didn't even go with my skin tone for my toes, and asked for a french manicure on my hands to remove the color issue. They didn't do any manicure or pedicure prep at ALL. My nails are quite short, but I still have cuticles that need to be pushed back/trimmed, etc. and none of that was done (SEE PHOTO - the gel is quite literally a full centimenter from the edge of my actual nailbed, after pushing back the cuticles and trimming them myself). This issue is present on my toes as well, but I don't post pictures of my feet online regardless of having a bad experience at a salon - IYKYK, there's creeps out there. They also made them crazy square/flared, but also rounded, like a duck's bill on the ends. Not cute! At the end of my visit, they didn't recall that it was my birthday and charged the full amount. Just out of curiosity, I told her afterwards that it was my birthday, and she just said, "Oh, happy birthday!" Didn't offer to add the discount or anything; just wondered about their honesty and if I had actually said, "May I please have my discount that was offered?" if they would have provided it. Wish I had my money back. Can you believe I paid $100 for my nails to look like this? The shade.

If I could give zero stars, I would! Our original appointment was 4:30. The guy called me the day of and asked us to do 4:15. We arrived and sat in chairs until 4:55. The lady RUSHED through our “full set”. She did no cuticle clean up and no nail clip. Then she huffed her way through and yanked our hands all over the place. She then proceeded to file away the skin on the sides of our nails and cut my nail beds. PAINFUL. My nails (blue/gray) were to be short and square with rounded corners. Not only are they completely different shapes, but they are also all different lengths. The nail polish doesn’t cover the entire nail and I have bubbles and chunks of debris on many nails. My daughter (white) asked for short-mid length coffin shaped nails. I was charged an extra $7 for the coffin shape. After buffing her nails, she didn’t let her wash her hands!! She painted right over top of the dust leftover from filing and buffing. The shape is completely wrong and I don’t even have words for the paint job. She has dust particles and lumps and uneven polish. Words can’t express how angry I am that I just paid $100 for her to not only ruin our nails, but literally hurt us in the process. Brutal. Don’t even think about this joke of an establishment.

Be careful with this place !!!!!! I been here for years and they always were great but I need to share this because I don’t want other people to have same bad experience as I been having lately here but I got a nail fungus and last time I was there I told the lady this that it was the first time I got a fungus and I asked if they really were cleaning their material that I was concern and it seems like she didn’t care at all she just asked “if I wanted my nails done or not” in a very bad mood , always on a hurry after they made me wait one hour when they said waiting list was 10 minutes is all about money here . And now I just got one nail broke from the ones I put there last time and my original nail came out with skin as you can see the blood so I don’t know where she added the glue or if she added to much glue on fake nail but this experience was horrible . Usually when an accident like this happens my fake nails come off but not my real one with skin and blood. Now I can say this place is horrible. I’m the other hand every time I used to go like every 3 weeks is more and more expensive even I do always the same thing on my nails . Be careful with this place !

I am disappointed with my acrylic nails done today. A few things- The technician used the electric filing on the top as usual, but she filed one of my nails down so much at the base (just above my cuticle) that it started bleeding. She never said anything to me even though it was clearly bleeding, I wasn't paying attention when it happened I just figured the file was hot and that was what I was feeling. It was clear that it was still bleeding once she was done, I wouldn't be so upset now if she had at least apologized. I had to take a file to 3 of my nails because they were extremely crooked- the technician made them very pointy (I usually do almond shaped but she did not ask me what shape I wanted and did them pointy). The point on 3 of them were not even close in the center of my finger. I got gel on top of the acrylic and it is splotchy. You can see through my nail in some spots, and it is thick in others. Finally, to get a rebase, it says it costs "$20+". I assumed it would be an extra $10 for gel. I was charged $38 for some reason, not sure how they got the price.

I am not very picky when it comes to my nails so I was surprised that I was disappointed with so many aspects of this manicure. I do not...
