Was able to get what I went for, but not in agreement with policy in regards to purchasing online vs in-store. I had placed all I needed in my "cart" on the app as well as in my basket in the actual store and was wishing to simply pay for the items online, show that I had paid, and be on my way. The reason for this is bc some items, such as an oil filter us priced @ $5.99 on the app, but the exact same item is priced @ $9.99 in-store. I was told I either had to pay the higher price or if I chose to purchase online I wouldn't be able to take the item until the next day. I understand there needs to be a window of time for the associates to receive the online orders, find and pull the items, etc, but in this case I had done all of the added legwork by pulling the items myself from the shelves but was still required to pay the marked up price or wait til the next day to pick up my items. This policy definitely needs to be reevaluated in order to benefit the consumers.
