My experience at rocket fizz greenwood park mall, was not very pleasant! I came in and bought 4 boxes of candy and when I opened them they were all wet inside, so I went back to return them. The person behind the counter agreed with me and told me they were having issues with humidity. I asked for a refund and he then called the owner of the store and he said I could only exchange, but with the experience I had I just wanted a refund. He got off the phone and said that is all he can do I asked him to call back and let me talk to him, he said no. Then went into back and called him. Update: I changed my rating from 1 star to 4 because the lady was having a stressful time with the computer. Technology issues were not her fault and she let me have the lollipop for free. My boss was very happy when I showed up with it to work.

Got here at 10 because I needed something for work and they are not open. Even though it says on greenwood park mall and rocket fizz website that they would be open. Update times on websites so we don’t waste...

I met a nice man working the booth during the concert at the mall, because of him I went into the store in the mall and bought me some candy! I will definitely be coming back here often as I can. They have a nice selection of goods that kinda make me feel young again. I recommend Gen X like me and all other ages to go check them out...
