This was my first time getting anything done here, but after reading all the amazing reviews was excited to look good for my upcoming vacation. Had the lash lift and brow lamination with tint on both done by Andrea. Lash lift didn't take on one eye making my eyes look uneven. The tint on brows was way too dark with red tone that didn't match my hair. I was told to wait 24 hours and then gently exfoliate with cotton ball and witch hazel and the color would lighten. I followed those instructions and panicked after brow hairs started breaking and falling out! I've tried gently washing with lukewarm water and applying the recommended expensive lash serum that I've bought from them, but my eyebrows were still brittle, broken and curling after 3 days of application.
