This is a very difficult review to write, as I have been a loyal and grateful customer of this location for years, coming at least once pre month. Yesterday's experience was humiliating, painful, and unique. My wife dropped me off at this location on her way to the Gresham library. I had shopping to do here, and first needed to briefly use the toilet. I am 81 year's old and I am currently walking with a cane because of extreme leg pain. When I asked for permission to briefly use the toilet, I was denied that opportunity and told that I could go to one of two nearby restaurants. When I explained that I could not walk, I was told that I was just out of luck, and that the one toilet was for employees only. As I became more and more uncomfortable and impatient, as my wife had not returned, none of the employees present showed any compassion for my condition. One male employee became confrontational, and physically blocked my access to the toilet. When I mentioned that I might go on the floor if he did not let me pass, he said that if that happened he would call the police and have me arrested. While it absolutely would have been inappropriate in other situations, I walked around the employee and used the facilities. When I originally asked if I could speak to the owner staff was at first very reluctant. After I used the toilet, when I finally was able to speak with the person who stated he was the owner, he was abusive and completely without any empathy and instructed me to leave his store immediately.
Since COVID, some stores have reopened their toilets to patrons by giving their employees the discretion to assist in special situations. It seems that the employees, in this location, are given little discretion or opportunity to use their judgement in customer relations matters. Perhaps they are fearful of the owner. While I acknowledge that there is no legal obligation for any business to provide a public toilet, I would appeal to the humanity of this and other retail businesses to allow their onsite managers to exercise compassion in special...
Read moreI had a little time to spare when driving down main. I figured that I would find a parking spot to check out one of my usual stores. As I went down a street that I haven't driven before, I just so happened to find this store. I am extremely happy that I happened upon this shop.
The best way that I can describe this store to local customers: it's like a BiMart, but you don't need a membership AND they have better prices here. It is a 1 stop shop for most anything you can think of. They have clothing, toys, pet supplies, groceries, outdoor gear, automotive, furniture, and much more. They also have a very neat discount option available. All you do to join is scan a QR code at checkout or text a prompt to a number. It enters you into receiving occasional huge sales. For example: if they have a member's sale on 20oz pop of 4 for $1, they will send that text to their subscribers, and you simply have to show it when you are at checkout! No crazy app, no getting bombarded with 10 spam texts per day, just great occasional deals.

I highly recommend this shop to anyone passing by or looking for...
