Dry Falls Outfitters — Local services in Griffin

The name is very misleading. My wife and I were looking for an actual outfitters where we could buy outdoors gear when google suggested this place. Unfortunately it isn't so much a traditional outfitters as it is a went-hiking-once-in-college-now-i-just-tailgate-and-my-wife-buys-all-of-my-clothes boutique. They have expensive coolers and grills, hammocks and backpacks big enough for a day trip but everything else is just pastel colored clothing with company logos on it. Worst customer service of all time. Avoid at all costs. The employees closed early although the store is open till 6pm. My partner and I and another couple were trying to enter at 5:50 to grab a jacket which would have taken 2 minutes. We knocked on the door and they saw us and completely ignored as if we were not there. Further, we called to say we were just trying to buy a known item extremely quickly and they hung up on us. This is not the way to treat loyal customers who have spent tons of money in the shop. We will never go back there and recommend others to avoid this terrible experience. Rude, lazy, and...

Terrible customer service and lazy staff. I spent over $1,000 here and they treated me like absolute garbage when I showed up the next afternoon to purchase an expensive patagonia jacket. They locked the doors minutes early and would not let me in. Beware and dont shop here! I called and they were very rude and hung up me.
