YUM!
My brother and I, who consider ourselves pretty great cooks, were totally blown away by just their simple grilled asparagus. When we asked what they put on it, we were totally embarrassed to find out it was basically just salt and pepper, their grill is so well seasoned, we ordered a second plate đ¤¤
The Cajun bowtie pasta was my personal favorite and it was a great take on a dish that is normally super basic. So much flavor and so well-balanced!
The building is super cute, and I love that theyâve managed to maintain some of the integrity from the old design.
Love that they have specials and mix the menu up pretty regularly.
Our mom is local, she lives in Hutchinson Farms, and my brother and Iâll make sure to visit here every time we are in town.
Great rates considering how good the quality is too :)
Wonderful and friendly staff as well. Really this is a place you should not miss out on. Also, make sure you donât...
Read moreOrdered the Tuscan chicken pasta and it was basically soup and noodles. after I ate the dish there was a full bowl of just thin sauce. I genuinely think they forgot to add the cheese. The noodles werenât coated as this was water thin sauce and the only flavor was the bites of bacon. I also asked for no tomato and was given extra while my partner asked for sun dried tomatoes and was given zero with their dish. It wasnât a busy night. The last 5 times Iâve come my side salads come before the appetizers (regardless of what app is ordered and if we give enough time between ordering apps and entree) and before we can even eat half of the app the entree is out. I used to be a regular here 3-4 years ago but the food and especially the cocktails have been hit or miss mainly on the side of miss. Iâm not sure what changed but that is the last time my group is coming to eat there. Hope to see the...
Read moreMy Mom and I went to Bank Street today for lunch. We ordered the fried mac and cheese bite appetizers. They were cooked perfectly and were absolutely delicious. We both ordered the Cajun bowtie pasta dish and it was the perfect blend of spicy and creamy. The chicken in this dish was hard to cut and gave the appearance that it had been overcooked. However, to our delight and surprise, the chicken was cooked perfectly! Additionally, I ordered the cheesy grits. This is the only food that could have used improvement, but restaurant grits, after growing up on a Southern womanâs grits, are hardly ever worth the competition. These definitely needed more salt, cheese, and flavor, but when scooped up on the fork prior to adding a bite of the pasta, they ended up complementing the pasta perfectly! Our waitress was a delight-cheery,...
