I would just like to say I had the WORST experience ever while getting my nails done @ this place today. I recently started going here and had always left a happy customer with the exception of today. While sitting in my chair attempting to relax while getting a manicure an entire argument between 4 nail techs broke out around MY chair, focused on the lady that was doing my nails. While this preceeded to happen, every other tech stood around watching and no one intervened to say "maybe we should wait until the lady is done doing her customers nails". I made eye contact with each and every one of them expecting SOMEONE to realize i was NOT a very happy customer, however no one paid me any mind. I have zero idea what was being said but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to sense tension/ frustration/ anger no matter what language its in. It was just flat out RUDE. I'd like to point out that this went on for a solid 15-20 minutes and when i got up to leave, the entire salon was staring at ME. I was not happy. When i got to the register, i spoke with Tom (the manager, i believe) and expressed my dissatisfaction and he simply thought taking $10 off of my total was going to resolve the issue. To be frank, it did not. I'm not one to leave reviews, usually i just wont go back if i'm dissatisfied, but this is worth letting everyone know. With all the hype of this place, I was so excited to finally go here. I follow them on Instagram and their nails looked so beautiful! I live an hour away, so I had been wanting to try it for months before I finally got to. I drove an hour one day and was seated right away, that’s a plus! They were busy and I still was seated right away. They are greatly staffed. Down fall begins now.. they asked if I wanted the skin clipped around my nails. I said yes, they said $10 more dollars. I was like ok?! Then when they asked if I wanted short or long nails I said short and almond shaped. He said $5 more for that shape. Ok this is crazy! I have never been charged anywhere to get the skin clipped around my nails and definitely not to have almond shape. I have been to literally hundreds of nail salons and never not once been charged for that. When they are done, the nails are ok. They are pretty, but nothing special. Nothing any other place couldn’t do. That was a week ago today and I have 5.. yes 5..broken nails. I got SNS, I always do. I rarely ever have a broken nail, unless I wait way to long to get them redone and one chips. I wouldn’t recommend. Only plus sides are they are heavily staffed and have a lot of colors to choose from. The pros don’t way out the cons. Save your money and go...
