The quantity was very appropriate. The food was delicious however the hush puppies were a bit overcooked and onion rings. I have looking for a good fish spot for a while and read all the positive reviews and saw the pictures of the food which made me decide to choose Salaam. I am very passionate about good and crispy golden onion rings and hush puppies. I am hopeful the next time the sides will look like the pics. However, overall it was a good experience and I love family-owned businesses. My family owned to a couple of businesses one of which was a restaurant. I live in Covington which is about an hour's drive to Saalam in Griffin. I look forward to my next visit and also considered today was Saturday which is a busy day for restaurants. Thanks, for some good country-style fish and slaw, was also very palatable.

Excellent hole in the wall fish spot that's Muslim and very good. They haven't been able to get some of the fish they used to have, but they're still legit because the fried whole catfish I just had was very good and fresh tasting so I'll be back definitely because they're always professional and top notch and never rude.

I always get the Fish Salad. The amount of fish that they put on it is enough to make two salads! The customer service is awesome and they always make sure to bag your order correctly including condiments. This place is definitely worth a try.

We visited Salaam for the first time on 11/3/17. Unfortunately, we will not come back. It took 40 min for our order to be ready. We ordered one catfish dinner and one whole wing dinner. Others who ordered at least 10-15 min after us was served their order before us. These were not call-in orders and their bags had way more food in them than ours. This told me there were multiple orders in the bags. This place may have good food but it will prohibit people like us who don't live hear from visiting again. Salaam needs to remember. THE BEST ADVERTISING IS WORD OF MOUTH. Which, they are not getting a good word from us due to poor customer...

We have been to quite a few places in our life that also would prepare seafood, fish in all the works. But please let us sing the praises of in about Salaam Seafood. They are truly the best in the universe. Impeccable hospitality, immaculate and extremely clean, and very professional. If you have not experienced Salaam Seafood, you have not experienced genuine authentic Seafood. Salaam Seafood is truly the Rolls-Royce of seafood restaurants. God's richest Blessings always.
