Tinto y Blanco Guaynabo — Restaurant in Guaynabo

Been here multiple times, last night was the first time being there and only about 10 patrons before 5pm. The usual wait staff of 6-7 servers were there but something was off. Took more than 20 minutes for anyone to come to our table to ask for our drinks. Then about 20 minutes later we had to flag someone down to just order food. Once the first glass of wine arrived we had to ask someone for water 3 times. Took the water about an hour to arrive and after asking for another glass of wine 4 times they never brought it. Other patrons were there asking for their wine and food also.

We continue trying to support local businesses but if said establishments continue to treat patrons like a nuisance then they are simply on the fast track to failing. After 3 hours there we managed to order and get one glass of wine, one glass of water and a pizza. Definitely...

No vuelvo!!! La comida no es gran cosa y siempre ha carecido de buena limpieza. El servicio no es el mejor, le falta personal. A pesar de eso celebré dos reuniones de mi clase graduada allí porque el área de la barra es apropiada y nos queda cerca a todos. La última vez que estubimos allí, un viernes, nos botaron a las 10:00 de la noche, cerrando cocina y barra. La costumbre en este tipo de lugar es cerrar la cocina y dejar la barra abierta hasta que la gente se quiera ir. Cuando nos dijeron eso, todos pedimos botellas de vino y nos quedamos el tiempo que tardamos en tomarnos esas botellas, mientras nos barrían los pies. Cuando salíamos decidí ir al baño y veo otra mesa con personas y comenté “por lo menos no somos los únicos que están botando”, cuando el irrespetuoso y malcriao’ del que entiendo es el dueño, porque estaba allí bebiendo con otras personas, dijo “yo soy el que los está botando!” El tipo no tiene idea de lo que servicio y a juzgar por la actitud de sus empleados no es buen patrono tampoco, se les nota que trabajan estresados. It was a very nice surprise to find this place!!! We received an excellent attention from all of their staff and the food was presented in a very clean and honest manner. They handle their wines correctly and didnt push for the more expensive ones wich is something i really dislike and a common practice in certain places. Im already looking forward for another nice...
