Went to the 2nd annual Taco Festival and had a great time!!Parking was good, pricing was good and so much was offered. We played games, got henna tattoos, got drawings done bough some cool stuff and meet new people. Thank you for such a great festival. We will definitely be back next year.

My only disappointment was asking for street corn at one truck and them telling me I could only buy corn from the corn tent so I bought one from the corn tent and it wasn't even great, then bought tacos from another turck and they were selling street corn out of their truck, this was confusing. Hopefully next year all trucks will be allowed to sell street corn so we can have a variety and there wont be confusion. Also I know it's the trucks who price their own food but a suggestion of a sample menu of some sort or selling a singe taco just for the festival would be amazing so we could taste them from different trucks. I've been on a hot air balloon ride in Turkey 8 years ago to see sunrise! I was so excited to bring my 3 children 7,4 and 2 by myself drove from west haven to guilford for 35 mins! When I first saw the hot air balloons from parking it was huge! When we got in the entrance, wow it was beautiful! I'm so happy I brought my kids to see it for themselves! These hot air balloons don't fly away they just go up and then come down! But there are bounce houses which have to pay! There are magic show which is free! There are lots of food vendors and the popcorns are delicious! We didn't try other food because is too long line to wait! I didn't bring any chairs because no stroller with me only brought a mat! It was easy and light! We stayed till 8:40 and saw the laser show! It was wonderful experience for me...

Went to Guilford Fair. Faithful attender each year. Parking $5.00 and always available and well managed. New entertainment this year and food Stands are the best. Miss the other classes of horse shows that used to be years ago. There still is the working horse pulls which is my favorite. Wish they bring back the commercial tents but flower, cooking, craft/hobby tents are still well entered and fun to view!!! Can't say enough good about this fair. The grounds has always served...
