Tiki Island Boutique — Local services in Gulf Shores

I (26 yrs old) visited this boutique today with my two friends (23 and 22 years old) and the employee asked if I was their mom multiple times and then when they said no she said “oh is she your aunt then?” They said no so she said oh she just looks so much older than yall. She also told me I might need an XL in a dress because the zipper was stuck, mind you there was plenty of room it was just a clearance dress, which I’m assuming was because of the zipper. I have never worn an XL in my life. What an awful experience and this lady made me feel horrible...

I went to Tiki Island Boutique on June 16th while on vacation looking for a shirt for our family pictures. I didn’t wear any makeup, looked a mess and had the worst possible sunburn- all of this matters because they did not make me feel “less than” because of it, as a lot of boutiques will do. Would be cute if they had more sizes. Even a large doesn’t fit like a true large. The larges fit like mediums. Don’t even bother going in if you are a L/XL. this place is for the skinny girls only. It’s unfortunate, they seem to have a lot of cute clothes. Would love to shop here if they bothered to carry...
